I’m disappointed you’ve left a one star review and not allowing us to look into this for you.
Unfortunately once orders leave the store we have no control over this parcel it’s then DHLs responsibility to look after parcels and deliver them safely from then on.
As agreed we will look into this further Monday when they re open

At time of purchase this item was stated as a pre order for end of February.
Once the item arrives in store at that point we contact customer to let them know their pre order has arrived and we’re now getting ready to ship.
We make Pre orders a priority, they’re sent out the very same day with next day delivery.
Once the item arrives in store you will be notified.
You will also receive relevant tracking information
