If we could give them minus a star we would. They are very untruthful. They have scammed us thoroughly with our bill. We will be reporting them but wish to advise others to be very very careful what they say and what you get are 2 completely different stories.
Me cambié hace unos meses desde otra comercializadora. Ahora pago mucho menos, el proceso lo gestionaron ellos y no tuve que hacer trámites. La primera factura me generó una duda y la resolví en una sola llamada, con una persona que se explicaba bien. Por ahora la experiencia está siendo buena.

All the bad reviews can only be fake trying to discredit Nordy. Possibly their competitors.
The prices of Nordy are among the lowest in Spain and their customer service is second to none.
Trust pilot sadly is no more a reliable source.

Sent my bill in from Octopus energy for a comparison. The quote came back saying I'd save 3.82 euros for that particular bill. It actually cost more than Octopus because Nordy did not add the management fees to the quote. It was only through persistent asking Nordy told me about the fees. This company says it's transparent. IT CERTAINLY IS NOT!!!

Estafadores. Las facturas son desproporcionadas y cuando reclamas te dicen que esperes que ya se compensarán con meses en los que la luz esté más barata. Estafadores.

Hola, Sergio. Sentimos que te sientas así. Si tu tarifa es indexada, el precio sigue al mercado mayorista, así que sube en los meses caros y baja en los más baratos. Por eso conviene mirar el conjunto del año y no una factura suelta. Si prefieres estabilidad, tenemos opciones de precio fijo. Escríbenos a clientes@nordy.es y vemos contigo cuál te encaja mejor.
Le tengo que poner 1 estrella, porque no me deja poner ninguna. Nada de lo que te dicen es cierto. Cuando llegan las facturas te das cuenta de que el ahorro que te dijeron es mentira. Y mucho ojo con el contrato, con ellos firmas permanencia. Con las otras compañías NO. Pero he preferido pagar la penalización, no los quiero ni en pintura! Hay muchas más opciones, no los aconsejo para NADA!!

Me parece de muy mal gusto la manera como captan sus clientes, con mentiras y con estafas. De esa forma todos sus clientes seguirán abandonando su empresa. En mi caso fue una estafa vía telefónica. Llamaron haciéndose pasar por mi empresa de luz Endesa a decirme que mi contrato aún no había vencido que si me iba debía pagar un extra por el tiempo de permanencia. Y que ahora la nueva empresa pequeña de Endesa era llamada nordy, cuando claro que no tienen absolutamente nada que ver. Y lo noté cuando llegó mi factura y vi que no era lo acordado y que tenía además otro nombre el recibo y era escandinava que cambió su nombre a nordy. Realmente es una falta de respeto y una pérdida de tiempo. Deberían ser denunciados porque además tengo pruebas. Sean honestos y compitan en el futuro de manera sana!!

levaba13 años en escandinava de electricidad y de repente voy a mirar mi factura , intento entrar en el área de clientes y me dice que la pagina de escandinava de electricidad esta cerrada permanentemente en letras rojas, después de mucho indagar en Google me entero de que han cambiado de nombre, ahora se llame NORDY y puedo acceder a mi factura ante la desagradable sorpresa de que me han subido el consumo y también los precios desorbitadamente, los mas caros de España y todo esto sin haber recibido ningún tipo de notificación por su parte, eso si cuando me cambie de compañía ,si que tuvieron la desfachatez de llamarme para preguntarme los motivos de mi marcha. Me he cambiado de compañía y ahora pago la mitad .SON UNOS ESTAFADORES

Parece ser que todas las críticas malas debe de ser dirigidas deliberadamente para desprestigiar esta empresa. Toda mi familia es cliente de Ellos desde hace 10 años y las facturas de luz son muy bajas en comparación con otras eléctricas. Cada uno que discierna sobre ello. Gracias

Cuando me llamaron, me dijeron que los precios a aplicar serían los de un mayorista, los publicados en OMIE, pero que sorpresa cuando recibo la primera factura y comparo los precios con los publicados en OMIE, no se parecen en NADA !!. Para haceros una idea llevo tres facturas, desde el 20/6 al 19/8, llevo 143 Kw, apenas he parado en casa, y he pagado 88 euros. Si me fuese a mi consumo habitual, por encima de los 200kw, imaginaros mis facturas. Ya me he cambiado de compañia.

Hola, Ricardo. Gracias por el comentario, y un matiz que ayuda a entenderlo: el precio de OMIE es solo una parte del recibo. Encima se suman los peajes, los cargos regulados, nuestro margen y los impuestos, así que el total nunca coincide con el dato de OMIE a secas. En cualquier caso, siempre estaremos encantados de volver a recibirte y contarte nuestras tarifas actuales, porque seguimos esforzándonos por tener precios justos.
Jeg har betalt 63% overpris på elektrisitet i flere år. Da jeg kontaktet selskapet så de omgående at jeg hadde for høy tariff. Jeg har betalt flere tusen Euro i overpris, men de er ikke villig til å betale noe tilbake. Ikke engang redusere fakturaen jeg fikk i går på 201 Euro. Den skulle være 78 Euro. Bruk ALDRI denne leverandørern.

Hola, Cristian. Entendemos el enfado, pagar de más nunca sienta bien. A veces la tarifa contratada no es la que mejor encaja con el consumo de cada hogar. Si algún día te animas a mirarnos de nuevo, te contamos con claridad qué opción te saldría mejor, porque seguimos buscando precios justos.
We switched to this company 1 and a half years ago under the premise that their electricity was 100% certified renewable and the premise of electricity savings.
The company suggested we contracted a flat rate based on our consumption data. The rate was at the time competitive given the high energy prices of that moment. However, silently and slowly over the months they started raising the price per kWh, from 0,29 to 0,36 Eur/kWh (a 24% increase!). This at a time (in October 2023) when average retail prices of electricity in Spain stand at 0,13 Eur/kWh, so not only the price we were already paying was twice above the market, they even increased it further.
They also stopped buying renewable energy certificates, and as a matter of fact their electricity mix contain twice as much fossil fuels (gas and carbon) compared to the average Spanish energy mix (as reported in their own monthly invoices).
This and the price changes were never communicated to us. As soon as we realised that we were being charged more than twice the electricity rate offered by competitors in the market we switched immediately to another company.
Given that we are a half Scandinavian family we were lured by this company by the feeling of trust you tend to have towards your own nationals, but as we learnt probably the 'ecandinavia' in the company name refers to the fact that they want to rip you off while "se hacen los suecos".

Hi, thank you for laying this out so clearly. Two things worth saying. First, any price change should always reach you clearly and in advance, and that is a principle we hold to. Second, on the certificates: Guarantees of Origin only certify renewable sources, so nuclear power, which is very low in emissions but is not classed as renewable, never earns them. That can pull the certified-renewable figure down even when the overall mix stays low-carbon. We know our renewable share is something to keep improving, and we are working on exactly that. If you ever want to see where our mix and prices stand today, we would be glad to show you.
