I really wish I had read these reviews before I signed up to what I thought was a 4week plan at £15.80, they have since taken £79.11 from my bank account which I cannot afford and to top it all I have had a close family member who has passed away so I’ve not even looked at the app and they have refused to give me a refund, absolutely disgusting and shocking marketing. I am so upset about this, please do not sign up as they have no sympathy to your personal circumstances. I really cannot believe it.

I paid £15.80 in January 2026 for one month. I was emailed facial exercises. I didn’t ask to subscribe but I have now found they’ve taken to £79.11 payments. Please do not have anything to do with this company it’s a money making scam. I’ve informed my bank regarding this.

Be warned
Be warned! They are located in Lithuania according to their website. Are they trying to avoid US consumer laws? Probably. They hide and didn't disclose anything and will charge you credit card for a subscription that you never signed up for. The first time you learn about the pricing is when you receive a bill. They don't disclose or mention anything. Such a shady, deceitful tactic. Don't waste your time here.

Avoid this company. They give you nothing and continue to take money from your bank with little chance to get it back. They offer an £11 initial uptake and then take £79 from your account and will continue to do so unless you cancel.
