Great customer service
I joined to try face yoga for the first time with a 28 day plan. The experience was excellent and I enjoyed the face exercise plan and it was easy to follow. At the end of the period I decided not to renew as I wasn't using the other benefits of the plan. I emailed Nora Abot asking about how to cancel, she confirmed by return, checked I understood and her service was great.

This company is a scam
Scam company who will lure you into paying for a low cost subscription and then they will charge you $158.94 for the next 12 week subscription WEEKS before your subscription will end and then REFUSE to refund you the money they just stole from your account. Avoid this company at all costs
Response to the company. I reached out to you BEFORE posting a review with PROOF you charged me weeks before the end of the trial time and you could careless. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Beware of shock renewal at significantly higher price!
I paid a very reasonable discounted amount (approx £35) for a 12 week course which I enjoyed. I did not realise from the Facebook advert that it would renew after 12 weeks and only found out when £180 was charged to my account. I asked for a refund as I didn’t want another 12 weeks but they refused. I have cancelled my subscription. I can’t believe it £118!!! which is absolutely not worth. I’ll never fall for things like this being advertised on Facebook again!

Auto renewal when signing on is not obvious
I signed on for what I thought was a $40 one month trial - only to be hit 28 days later with an auto subscription renewal and 1 on 1 coaching renewal for over $300. This was definitely not obvious to me when I signed up. Apparently there is no refund, which I find totally unacceptable. I only signed up exactly 30 days ago and $300 was removed from my bank 28 days ago.

Wish I had never downloaded
Wish I had never downloaded, very disappointed with their customer service. The subscription details are not clearly visible within the app and the subscription did not appear in my Apple subscriptions, making it extremely difficult to manage or cancel. I also received no reminder or notification that my membership was due to renew automatically, resulting in an unexpected and expensive charge for a subscription I didn't realise was set to continue. The lack of transparency around subscriptions and renewals is very frustrating.
When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and unwilling to offer a refund, simply stating that charges for digital products are final. Given how difficult it was to locate and manage the subscription in the first place, this response is very disappointing and has left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend to others.
