i signed up to noomii 8 month ago, got only 1 client. my take is that: if you're a professional coach serious about your work with expertise probably your clients are not there. they have updated the platform recently and the requests from people are even broader like " I want to improve my life" and/or a lot of people with mental issues that in my opinion would require therapy more than coaching. I would not recommend this platform if your main activity is coaching and you are serious about your work.

Like so many other coaches, I didn't realize this was a scam until too late. Their client/coach matching makes zero sense because they gatekeep on both sides, making it nearly impossible to generate actual paying clients. And they refuse to honor a refund. Please don't give this company your money!!

--As noted in their response, they won't honor a refund. They also acknowledge their website is overly saturated with coaches, making clients search for you like a needle in a haystack. I was informed (after I paid), that even if a client is referred to you, there is a 25% chance they will hire a coach. It's simply not worth your investment, coaches!

I've had a great experience with Noomii. Have they been my only source of having conversations with potential clients - nope. Have I gotten some really great clients through them - absolutely. I've renewed many times over and am thankful for their service. If you are a professional coach, I recommend you give them a try.

I have been listed as a career and leadership coach with Noomii since 2020 and I am VERY satisfied with the leads and directory services they provide. I average about 4 clients from Noomii each year (some referred for a fee, some find me via the directory for no fee). The revenue generated from these engagements far outweighs the cost of the annual fee.

Obviously, Noomii is not the only way I get clients, but I like that I don't have to do much other than 'convert' the leads from exploratory calls into paying clients. I regularly reply to the self-nominations when I see a client who is a good fit, so there is some work I have to do, but it really takes just a minute or two to do this.

I have also referred other coaches to Noomii and they also seem to be satisfied with their relationship because they continue to renew (and I continue to receive the referral credit YOY).

I've had many positive interactions with the customer care team over the years. Sure, there are times when the leads are a bit slow, but Noomii is very clear in their communications about what to expect relative to the frequency of leads. If the other reviewers are dissatisfied it might be because their expectations were different than what is clearly stated.

I agree with others who are also satisfied with Noomii that being crystal clear on who your target client is, and having a solid profile to reflect this focus is a very good idea.

They gave me a refund.

Noomii might not be the best site for my coaching practice but I will say that their team is kind and easy to work with. After a year with them, I didn't see the return on the cost, and they promptly refunded me. I think it's a great service for business coaches and the like.

I have been a business coach with Noomii since 2019. Their coaching referrals are a mainstay of my business, and I have only ever had a positive experience with them.

There are two ways to get leads from Noomii. One is to get direct referrals from them and the other is for people to find your profile and send you a message. It is true that you can only get the referrals from them if you pay their annual fee. Every year I far surpass the annual fee with the revenue I get from my referred clients. They do take a significant cut as a referral fee but I also did not have to pay for any advertising to get that client. On top of that, they only take the fee for the first 12 months. After that, you get 100% of the revenue. If a client reaches out on their own and hires you, there is no referral fee.

To be successful on Noomii, you can't just rely on them to think of you and refer you clients. You can review the leads (without contact info) as they come in and request to be referred to a lead. I do this diligently and when appropriate I submit a customized lead request. I also regularly ask for testimonials from my clients to keep my profile fresh.

They have a lot of online resources to help you be successful in writing your profile. They also record an interview that allows you to speak about your coaching program, ideal client, and style. I've had many people comment on wanting to contact me after listening to my recording.

I have noticed that there are many more leads related to career and relationship rather than business (my specific niche is helping people to launch their business) so sometimes I can go a few days without any viable leads.

Having a solid profile, good (and numerous) testimonials, keeping in touch with the team, and conscientiously following up with leads will all reap a higher chance of lead conversion. This is the philosophy I've used and it works well for me.

If I could give this NEGATIVE stars, I would. This company is AWFUL! First of all, they are misleading with how you receive leads. You are required to stay on for a year and if you do not make your investment back within a year, you are eligible for a refund. This is where it gets even WORSE. About a month before my refund was due, I emailed them requesting for a refund, to which they granted and asked me to confirm my CC number. I did and on the day I was supposed to receive a refund, I noticed that it was a different number. When I emailed to inquire, they told me that they could NOT reverse the charges to the refund on a different number and that I have to wait and see. What a lie?!? Companies reverse charges ALL THE TIME! I explained and provided the email even stated the CC number and there response was that the system cannot reverse charges. Oh and all of this is done through the same email thread that THEY confirmed my CC number on!!!!! What a scam and liars of a company!

Awful! I have been on this directory for a year and have not gotten one single lead let alone a client!! Stay away from this scam!

Absolutely disgusting scam! That is the best way I can describe this company without resorting to swearing! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. You do not receive any leads from listing in their directory at all - if you do I would imagine that most are not even legitimate. The company promises the earth and fails to deliver. Invest in marketing yourself!

LISTEN AND I NEED YALL TO HEAR ME, BECAUSE I REALLY DO CARE. THIS...IS..NOT...THE...COMPANY...THAT...YOU...WANT...TO...SIGN...WITH. It is a total misrepresentation of what they can actually do. I could totally understand if they did advertising and some other things to bring you as a coach business, but this "referral" process is one that should be seriously overlooked by an outside party to validate. Ethically they are way off base. I try with all that I have to be a woman of honor but when I deal with people that will hide behind shady practices to get money, it ticks me off seriously. I even researched THEM BEFORE I SIGNED UP and don't know how I missed these reviews. Google has them as the #2 company for Coach referrals. GOOGLE PLEASE STOP LYING FOR THEM. I have been with them under a month and was wondering if I have submitted, I know 20 time recommending myself why I only got back two "referrals"? One did not even have a phone number. I seriously don't even know if it were real people. Then I started to put two and two together like the previous victims on her did. THERE IS NO WAY THAT YOU CAN GET DECENT REFERRALS OR MAKE AN ADAQUATE RECUPERATION OF INVESTMENT. DON'T DO IT. ITS WAY TOO MUCH MONEY TO RISK. TRUST ME. DON'T LET THIS BE YOU. I’m 5 months as a member and have not received one lead. When I inquired as to why this was happening they shared that they have over 900 coaches in the Refferal program and that it’s not possible for them to give leads to everyone equally which is why they offer a money back guarantee after a year.

I love what this company represents but I believe they are lacking integrity with their marketing. After a series of back and fourth emails I learned that the referral selection process is based on random keywords and personal bias and they are not interested in finding a solution for creating more equality for the coaches. It’s simple, taking money for a service then not delivering on that service is criminal.

I’m not happy with my experience. I’ve been working this site for 6 months and received 1 lead, that wasn’t a good fit. It seems that they send you leads but you might be competing against 15 other coaches. Worst site I’ve used so far. I asked for my money back, but they did not honor this.

I rarely use lead generation from platforms but this one seemed promising and it had a money back guarantee. It started off great after seeing the flow of leads daily then after spending time each time recommending myself I started to see a pattern that was very one sided. Most of the leads were not vetted and there was no way to build trust with them and I started receiving calls from people who didn't want help just to play games or have phone sex. There is no way for you as a professional to build trust with the proposed client. It's take it or leave it. Which doesn't work in this line of work. After months of no response or clients, I requested a refund. And I was told I had to have proof of what I have done to make it work then I'd be issued a refund at the end of the year term. This is a bad investment spend the money on monetizing YouTube or social media or a business coach. Noomii has to become more professional and understand all coaches want to build relationships not sell used cars.

Two stars is about the best I can give. The staff are polite and courteous and seem to want for everyone to succeed. The downside is the quality of coaching clients. The model that is used to screen potential clients requires zero commitment from clients which devalues the overall relationship between clients and coaching.
Also your response to potential clients has no guarantees to ever be seen by potential clients, as Noomii filter them, and only forward responses they see as a “fit”.
Very restrictive and archaic in this regards.
Stayed for a year and overall I lost money on the investment.
