Do not use this site!! I am being charged for a membership that I did not use and canceled immediately. I was charged and to add salt to the wound they took the amount they charged me and made it a credit to my account so I could purchase something.
When I question the charge via online chat I was told: Membership cancellations are processed based on your subscription period and billing cycle. The cancellation date you received in your confirmation email reflects the end of your current paid period, as per our program terms. This ensures you receive access to membership benefits for the time already paid. There will be no further charges after this period ends

Why am I being charged for 14 day cancelation when I canceled immediately?
This is what was emailed to me when I canceled the membership:
Hello Andy,
I am writing to you personally from the Escalation Team to discuss your case, which has been assigned to me for final review.
After carefully reviewing everything, I have approved crediting the charged amount back to the same account you used for your purchase. This is an exception made specifically for your situation, as I wanted to ensure you are completely satisfied with the resolution.
In addition to the compensation, we will also provide you with a €30 complimentary voucher to use on our website, should you wish to give us another opportunity in the future. This is a goodwill gesture to thank you for your patience and understanding.
