Ordered from the Bathurst location, ETA was pretty close, food was hot and nothing was missing. Great dimmies.

The order took 45 minutes waiting time. Watched uber orders flow out and no consideration from the counter workers.
Food was not good. Never going back there again.
To many foreigners.

Ordered the combination large box from Heathwood store added extra prawns got two prawns in total in the whole box absolute rip off

I would love to say that I at least enjoyed the food but I can’t even say that. I went to pick the order up from an online order and the server wouldn’t give it to me because it was a delivery and he wouldn’t believe me when I told him I was picking it up even though my name was on the order. We argued for 20 minutes then I gave up and went home so I called and the same server told me it was pick up. Noodle box Carindale gets 1 star

Food quality was abyssmal avoid this altogether. Looks gourmet and promising but ended up ruining a weekend dinner with my girlfriend. I would give it negative since it ruined the next morning also.

Absolutely dreadful food. Greasy horrible mess ,no taste and swimming in oil with hardly any vegetables or chicken. The Mongolian Pad noodles had so much ginger in it to make it completely unedible. The egg fried rice we ordered wasn't there at all. Avoid this company if you don't want to be ripped off

The box was supposed to contain all kinds of vegetables, peanuts and noodles. It was basically noodles with a small sprinkling of vegetables and hardly any peanuts. I could have boiled my own noodles at home for a fraction of the price. It’s not worth a quarter of the price they charge for this mess.

Disgraceful, very rude and unhelpful! Ordered food through Menulog( glad they are leaving Oz) app stated food was delivered, I received no food, called Noodle box as there was no contact with the delivery driver, I was told not our problem as we can't contact the driver, you have to contact them! Politely told the person I had not contact details for the driver and you have taken my money and have no food, to be told I can't help you and hung up. This is not acceptable on any term, either have a better system or use better drivers who can read street names and door numbers! Customer service! HA!!

On the recent long weekend we paid OVER $50.00 for 2 'beef noodle' meals ..... and literally all we got was noodles and about 10 small pieces of beef ..... and some kind of sauce(??) .... that was it !!! ....... NOTHING else !!! not a vegetable in sight ..... it was awful !!! It was tasteless .... an absolute WASTE OF MONEY !!!! we will never frequent this store again!!!

I ordered the Japanese Crunchy Chicken Fried Rice, but unfortunately, the rice was undercooked and quite hard. It was difficult to chew, and my jaws actually started to hurt. I wasn’t expecting this and was quite disappointed.

I ordered food from everton park noodle box. there was no flavour in it. so i returned it and they cooked the food again. again there was no flavour in it. so i returned the food and asked for refund. The manager didnt want to give a refund. so after arguing with him for 20 minutes i told him i will call the cops. he finally decided to give refund.

Every time we have been to Noodle Box Palm Beach we have never been disappointed. Greeted by Kevin usually, our Noodle Box Chef there. Lovely young man very busy, but always a smile and a hello how is your day. Food has never disappointed either, great value for money and full of taste. We have been to a number of Noodle Box's on the Gold Coast but Palm Beach is out favourite thanks to Kevins attitude and expert cooking every time.

The main problem with Noodle Box is very small servings. You can get a $15 regular size dish or a $20 "large" size, but there is no difference between the 2 so getting large is just a waste of $5. And, as per the name, each dish comes in a wax cardboard box that is about half the size of the regular take away food containers most other restaurants use. The food was decent, but it wasn't amazing.

Comparing to another local restaurant, for just me a $40 order at Noodle Box bought enough food delivered for 1 meal. A $35 order at Nirala Indian buys enough food delivered for 3-4 meals.
