I could put 5 stars really. They had some minor bugs in the platform and repaired them promptly when I informed them. Additionally, I became a customer in deadlines period, meaning very busy period for accountants. Everything delivered as promised with very good communication in the chat. I would put 5 stars next year, as I am not planning to change them.

I had previously given a 1 star review after troubles I had using Nonresident Tax but Serkan (who btw is a great guy) reached out to me via email and explained the issues that were taking place. There were some technical issues regarding my company formation and Serkan was kind enough to offer me a full refund.
Aside from the issues I faced Nonresident Tax is a great company with a very comprehensive, easy to use interface. Though be aware the small team have lots of work on their hands so extent your patience.
All in all I'm happy with Nonresident Tax.

I had my US company formation with firstbase 2 years ago and i was overall satisfied with the process. Regardless, every modular service being an extra cost was a bit annoying. Last year I’ve seen nonresident which promised a straightforward tax declaration and gave it a shot. Long story short, in a few months after our first interaction I’ve carried all services related to my company to nonresident. Main reason was not price, but the diligent customer service. I have never had a question unanswered more than 24 hours. Considering a simple address change taking 2 weeks with the different service provider, this was the real value for me.
