Ordered two dresses that fit nothing like the photos and the materials feel and look very cheap. Waited a month to receive the items.

The company “approves” reviews before they show up on their website and therefore every review is stellar. Bad reviews likely just never make it to the website.

I tried to return two dresses and instead the customer service team tried to offer me $20 for my $80 order and said I can keep the items, instead of letting me return it. When they did finally allow me to return it, they said I’d have to pay for the return shipping from the US to Dubai. I was able to negotiate getting up to $40 back since return shipping to Dubai would’ve been too expensive from the US, but this company is a total ripoff making cheap knockoff versions of dresses based on flattering photos they use to advertise on Instagram, etc.

Would not recommend.

First time and very skeptical of ordering off of Facebook generated ads but the sizes fit very well and true. I would certainly buy from these folks again

The tops are beautiful. Color is amazing. The fit is good too. I did order one size up because the last order was a tad tight. The only thing I dont like is the fabric. I wish they had a content label. I doubt they have any natural fabric in them. They really hold the heat. Perfect for a cooler day, but not a hot day.

They claim on social media that merchandise is made in the US (and they delete comments that say anything else). The shirts they sent me were in inner packaging that said MADE IN CHINA.

One shirt had sleeves about 10" longer than the picture on the website. The sleeves were so long that they came down entirely past my thumbs and covered more than half of the rest of my fingers. On the website, the pictured shirt has elbow length sleeves.

The website says the shirts are a cotton blend, but the actual shirts have no care labels or fabric-content labels. I can't tell how much cotton is really in them.

I asked for a prepaid return label for the problem shirt. I was told that I had to return the shirt at my own expense to the United Arab Emirates and a later email referred to their factory in Dubai. Their website includes an address in London.

I kept insisting they should pay for return postage for the misrepresented shirt, and I ultimately got almost a full refund (and they didn't want the shirt back). I ended up giving it to charity.

If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't have ordered from them at all.

Love my shirts just wish they had a 3x. They are so beautiful and comfortable.

Great product! While one of the 3 items ended up being out of stock, Nomias clearly communicated with me, and gave me options as to how I wanted to handle. Terrific experience.

I love all of the shirts I ordered. I believe they come true to size and the colors are beautiful. I’m also pleased with how well they wash.

I love 2 of the three shirts I ordered. One was just a wrong color. I contacted them and they gave me credit with out question.

Simply awful. The quality of the top and dress I ordered is terrible, and the fit strange. They are refusing to provide a paid return label and have offered me a $26 refund for my nearly $80 cost. I am disputing the purchase via PayPal and Amex, and spreading the word on social media.

I was shocked at the quality of these clothing items! First time to order from them and I expected thin and cheaply made. That's not what I received! These are high quality and well made. I do wish I had ordered a size larger than I normally wear but I will do that on future orders because I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered 3 tops and they all fit perfectly-true to size! The colors are vibrant and stay true after washing. The only draw back was the length of time it took to receive my order, but the wait was worth it!!!

Terrible quality clothes that smell like rubber tires. I ordered 7 Nomias items and each one is cheap quality. I’m not looking for fancy clothes, just some fun additions to my summer wardrobe. The clothes I received do NOT appear to be made of the same material as the clothes that the models wore. The material is so thin and see-through, and the seams look flimsy. The order took 2.5 months to arrive and there appears to be no way to return them. Their site says they have a policy that clothes can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but when it takes 75 days to arrive, there is no way to do that. And there is no return address provided. I’m entirely disappointed and would like to be able to return these clothes for a refund.

My order came in a timely manner. The fit and quality of the items is great! I have received lots of compliments on my new tops.

Shirts are pretty but i feel they run a little small, i would have been better to size up and i would like them even more. Shipping was a bit slow but they did arrive. Communication with them was very good, andbthey do keep you updated and reply quickly.

SCAM. I have ordered from this company when it was called "justfashionnow". It's the same pictures of clothing and the same site layout. The quality of the actual products is horrible: cotton blend is probably 95-99% synthetic, there are no fine details, sizing is off, quality of the material and workmanship is appalling. For some strange reason, the clothing also has some sour stench. I attach a picture of the advertised and actual shirt; notice the color, texture, details, and fabric differences.
The returns are very expensive ($75 shipment in my case) and cannot be guaranteed (the USOS post services only guarantees the delivery to the customs but not to the recipient). I eventually was promised a 35% refund without the return (it’s been a month, have not yet received the refund), but still feel silly for getting caught in an obvious trap. All in all, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES.
If you did place an order and had the same experience – please share it on as many review sites as possible so these fraudulent practices have less chance of succeeding.

I love clothes. Although I was somewhat surprised to find that the blouse did not have long sleeves. That may have been my fault that I didn't notice that they were shorter.
I'm only giving three stars as I find their communication lacking. I have asked three times for laundering instructions (there are no tags explaining whether you can put them in the washer and dryer or whether you need to dry clean. I would give them a higher rating if they had better communication.
