We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Macarena and the entire team!
For some of us, this was our very first time seeing snow, which made the experience incredibly special for our family. After our flights were cancelled and our trip got off to a very difficult start, Macarena and her team went above and beyond to make everything possible and ensure we could still enjoy a truly unforgettable experience.
From collecting our ski clothes, to the transfer and ski lesson, everything was organised smoothly and was great fun. The team were incredibly kind, helpful and professional throughout.
Thank you so much to Macarena and the whole team for helping create such a special family memory. We are truly grateful!

The easiest way to discover San Pedro de Atacama
The services of Nomades allowed me to organize all my trip to San Pedro de Atacama in a very smooth and seamless way. It was really confortable and the logistic behind was really good, all the tours were really well organized and the transfers too. So it basically allowed me to discover the desert and all the wonderful places in the zone. I would totally recommend it.

Do not recommend this company
Do not recommend this company. They cancelled my trip to magdalena islands scheduled for 4th feb 2026 citing bad weather. The weather that day was good, I am aware the ferry ran as normal as other passengers did the trip. I have not received my refund and am still awaiting a response to my email. Nicola Hazelwood

Thank you for your review, Nicola. We’re sorry your Magdalena Island tour (Feb 4, 2026) was canceled. The ferry departure that morning was suspended due to operational and safety criteria set by the operator and maritime authority. As different types of vessels (ferry, catamaran, speedboat) operate under distinct regulations, some departures may proceed while others are suspended on the same day.
We also apologize for the refund delay. The initial attempts were rejected by the issuing bank, which caused the setback. The refund was then successfully processed via PayPal and confirmed. We regret the inconvenience and the delay in communication.
Great experience
Made different reservation for some tours in the Atacama desert (Chile) and had no problems at all. This big internet agency comunicates with local travel agencies for the tour service and it was awesome. Maybe, to be more relaxed, the local agencies should comunicate in advance with the costumer through whatsapp and not just some hours before

Do not trust this company, they will take your money and then ghost you.
Do not trust this company. They will steal your money, lie to you that you'll receive information "in a few minutes" to then never hear from them again. I'm now having to go through the headache of opening a chargeback through my credit card company to try and reclaim my stolen money. Absolute SCAM of a company.

Your reservation was subject to confirmation and could not be operated because the minimum number of passengers required was not met. Once this was confirmed, the booking was cancelled, and a full refund was processed. We also shared all refund documentation and reference details with you by email to support your bank in tracking the transaction.
We hope you had a safe return home and were able to enjoy the rest of your trip.
Cerro Toco
What an unforgettable experience hiking 5604m up the Andes with Juan Pablo. Truly magnificent. The whole trip from start to finish was just so much fun, I felt very safe and learnt so much because of Juan Pablo, who is just such a personable and knowledgable fellow with a deep passion for high altitude hiking. What an amazing ambassador for the Andes. So glad I did this!

Transfer from San Pedro de Atacama to Uyuni
We booked a transfer from San Pedro de Atacama to Uyuni during our holiday. We received a message after we paid for the transfer mentioning they could only confirm the ride on the day before the transfer. This was odd to us, but we thought it would be just a formality in case it went wrong, and since there are limited options we decided to take the risk.
We never received any updated so had to sent a few messages back and forth. Eventually, after sending a final email in the evening before the transfer, the trip still got cancelled, forcing us to replan our holiday.
The only good thing is that the responses were relatively fast, other than that I'd call this an unreliable way to travel.

Salkantay trek perú
Contrate a la agencia para Salkantay y fue una experiencia increíble, no tuve que preocuparme por nada mas que por llegar. En el trekking se incluían todas las facilidades, donde la comida era muy abundante y rica, los alojos muy cómodos y los guías muy buenos. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Hola Carolina, el servicio de transfer compartido que reservaste fue prestado en su totalidad. El vehículo acudió puntualmente al hotel informado dentro del rango horario previamente comunicado y permaneció allí el tiempo correspondiente a la espera. Al no encontrarte en el lugar ni recibir respuesta de tu parte en ese momento, el servicio continuó con la recogida del resto de los pasajeros, sin posibilidad de regresar más tarde cuando finalmente nos contactaste. Siempre ayudamos a nuestros clientes en sus contratiempos, en la medida que lo permiten las condiciones de la reserva. Lamentamos que, al no haber hecho uso del traslado reservado a tiempo, no hayas podido tomar tu vuelo de regreso. Saludos!
