From Nola jewellery I paid $44 for an earrings but the earrings I received had a quality of $5 earrings and it's appearance was totally different to the advertised one.
The company negotiate a lot to re-found me a very , very small amount which was very annoying.

DO NOT buy from this company. The quality of the product is subpar. They do not meet the objectives they claim on their website such as high quality materials designed to last and not tarnish. And their GUARANTEE lifetime craftsmanship. One of the pieces of jewellery I purchased has tarnished and because it just falls out of the 30 day refund or exchange by a few days they are using this as an excuse

This is a near fraud company! I bought a 'pearl' necklace, but as soon as the button was pressed, 'But wait! There's more!' I could get the same thing again for an even greater discount. Sucked in, I stupidly bought another. You know, early Christmas shopping for my two adult daughters. They came a few days later. The 'exquisite' chains looked as though they'd been made out of bottle caps. A few days , as a 'valued customer', I was offered some other junk: intertwined 'gold' and 'opal' bracelets. ? I bought one, hoping it would make up for the necklace. Then, of course, I received the discount for the second. Yes. I did it. I pressed the button. Damn. When they came a few days later, they were the same kind of stuff, in the same 'fashion jewellery' bags that Kay-Mart used to sell. Yuck! They sat in my craw for a day. I decided to send the lot back for a refund. Ha! They required photos. To avoid the exorbitant return postage, they would give me 10% off and I could keep them! Oh goody! Somehow I couldn't imagine my girls appreciating them. No deal. Then 20% refund, still keeping the stuff. No deal. 30% off, still keeping it. They didn't give full refunds, even though it was within their contract details of 30 days, which suddenly became 14 days, then 7. I'm going to see what NSW Consumer Affairs has to say about all this. I don't enjoy having my balls in a vice! I'm going to go back and buy my stuff on eBay. At least they have a Buyer Protection Plan.

Do not buy anything from that supposedly Nola jewelry it is just rubbish with capital R!!!! I thought I was buying real stuff but it turned out to be nothing but . I spent $254 on pure garbage 😤 it is time to stop that stupid ad that keeps popping up on my iPad Do not get sucked in and please please read the review I wished I had I wouldn’t have lost this much money!!! Misleading and deceiving conduct. It's not a closing down company, it's a major scam. Be aware that you will pay a big money for the cheapest of the cheap rubbish. Anyway, if you like this kind of stuff, go straight to TEMU and you will find "this beautiful treasures made by Nola" for as cheap as $1.38 and at most for $4.00, not $40+ after a massive 80% discount! Please don't get fool and believe that you would be able to return these stuff and get your money back as they will not give you the details needed for the Customs Declaration to send it back to China. They will tell you that they are sorry for the inconvenience and that the stuff didn't meet your expectations but forget that you will get your money back. I already have a very thick folder with the emails with the offers of 10,20,30,40 even 50% of reimbursement, but why should I pay for rubbish which will go straight to the tip??? Why should I give them another 50%? From my point of view I am happy to give this to charities, not to support scammers without any morals.

I bought 4 bracelets - designed and advertised for adult women - purely on the basis that the jewelery was "from a closing down shop in Melbourne." The junk arrived from China this morning 16/8/25 and would fit a small child or a doll. Then, I find, that I have to pay for the Registered Return of the products 'for the articles to be assessed' for Refund.
BAN THIS FRAUDULENT OPERATOR FROM OUR ONLINE SITES.

The jewellery is disgusting, I got ripped off im not letting it go, it's absolute rubbish nothing like the photos. I've tried to return it for refund they don't want it back and won't refund, it's a shame and scam. It looks like it came from a $2 machine. I'm livid, the worst purchase I've ever made. Do not buy anything from nola, she should be ashamed.

I bought this stuff. It is trash not handcrafted, not made in Australia, not closing down sale. This is false advertising using AI for cheap Chinese manufacturered rubbish. A waste people's time, money and resources.I paid $72 for this junk which would be worth no more than $2.00.

The Jewellery or most of the jewellery comes from TEMU or cheap sites.

SCAM SCAM SCAM..... I paid (From $229 to $59) for a Pearl necklace from Nola Melbourne and could have bought it at Temu for $5.77 .. exact same thing. I bought close to $300 of junk.

Do not buy. When product arrived it was such poor quality I looked on Temu site.
Product was being sold for under $2.

Nola has great unique pieces at attractive prices. It's like high-end with better prices. I have bought numerous items from them and all were as pictured and delivered in pristine condition.

I recently clicked on an ad for nola-melbourne.com while reading an article smh.com.au. The ad appeared to be served via Google Ads. I purchased 5 items, but they arrived in very poor condition. I contacted the seller for a return, but they have been extremely reluctant and made return extremely difficult. I have reported to SMH and Google and will report to ACCC. This seller is located in China not Melbourne, I only realized after dealing with them for return

Total fake advertising.I ordered "Vintage opal earrings" but I received fake plastic earrings that in no way resembled opals.Buyer beware . This is NOT a reputable business.

This site is a total SCAM. The 2 items I received were not as described and were rubbish. I contacted the seller and they would only refund 30% of the selling price. Otherwise I could return for a full refund and I had to pay over $40 shipping. I opted for the 30% and kept the items as per seller instructions. This company is not in Melbourne.....it's in China and I had to pay an international payment charge with my bank. I also saw the exact necklace I got for $44 from Nola by another seller for $2.56. TOTAL RIP OFF BUYER BEWARE. VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED.
