Poor service
After finishing my workday, I visited Nokomis shoes seeking a new pair of work boots. The store featured an extensive inventory on display, yet I was met with a prolonged wait, approximately 15 minutes, before a sales associate approached to assist me. Once I articulated my requirements, the associate appeared hesitant to make any recommendations. I then proceeded to inquire about my specific size in several models to evaluate their fit. Unfortunately, after another considerable wait, the associate returned empty-handed. This was particularly disappointing given the substantial variety displayed; one would expect to find a common size like 10 ½ readily available. Departing the store without a purchase, despite having $250 to spend, I opted to seek alternatives elsewhere. This experience was truly disheartening.
