I rarely leave reviews, but this experience genuinely warrants one.

I ordered a t-shirt which arrived with no labels whatsoever — no branding, no fabric composition, no country of origin, nothing. It honestly looks like a garment where the manufacturer’s label has been cut out. Aside from feeling cheap (thin and oddly shiny fabric), this raises serious concerns about basic product compliance and quality standards.

What’s more concerning is the company’s response.

Despite this clearly being a faulty / non-compliant item, they’ve tried to classify it as a standard return and refused to cover return postage. Their solution? Either pay to return a defective product, or accept a token 10% refund to keep it.

This is not a case of “change of mind” — the item is not as described and not of satisfactory quality. Their own returns policy appears reasonable at first glance, but in practice they seem unwilling to apply it when it actually matters.

The overall impression is a company that:
• Ships substandard or questionable stock
• Avoids responsibility when issues are raised
• Relies on customers giving up rather than standing their ground

I’ll be pursuing a full refund under consumer rights, but others should be aware before ordering.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a pair of shoes on 28th Feb they were delivered on 17 March the delivery/shipping this company advertise is fake 3-8 business days . I ordered these shoes for an occasion which they didn't arrive in time for .
I believe these shoes are sized wrong far too small and not a uk size 6 - no size inside the shoe or on the sole just a tiny gold sticker on the heel which I believe they just stick on any shoe and dispatch .
The parcel had a strong smell similar to nail polish remover .
I emailed the customer service and had prompt responses but they were not helpful other than sent me a return label and address in China to send these shoes back to . This parcel cost me £23.70 to return.
Please save your money and avoid ordering from this company .

Very long transit time, disappointing.

Wonderful experience . The products are stylish, well crafted, and exactly as described. Ordering was simple and everything arrived nicely packaged. Very pleased with the quality and overall service. Would defintely shop with them again.

Proper sturdy kit, not that flimsy rubbish. Support actually knew their stuff when I asked about the buckle, too. Didn't even dig in after a massive scran at the pub. Spot on.

Do not order ! Scam ! Ordered boots that were not fit for purpose cost £65 offered me 20% and to keep them ! I sent them back at a cost of £26.55 for them to be stuck in customs in the country of origin. Pearl Noir do not want to know ! I did every thing they asked these were sent back January 16th ! Been told can be weeks even months !
Do not order from here !!! I won't get my money back this is a lesson I have learnt but want to warn others.
I use royal mail tracking and check every day and even check through china tracking still there ! I have photos to proof which pearl noir have seen but I get same message back !
