I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for an order. They haven’t even shipped it yet but got one reply to 4 emails saying they’d contact Royal Mail to ‘look into it’. Absolutely pathetic customer service. It’ll be the last time I spend money here.

Save yourself time, money and effort and don’t go anywhere near this place. Items don’t get sent, and you have to fight for months to get anywhere near a refund or a response. Thank god I used PayPal and was able go through them to eventually get my own money back. How this lot are still in business is beyond me.

SCAMMERS! Ordered and paid for a jacket in January with Scumskateboarding (part of NoChoas and owned and run by the same guy) haven’t received anything, I’ve emailed them, and DM them through Instagram, asked for a response or a refund numerous times. They’ve now blocked me. This company is a scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES.

SCAM. I bought a wallet from them well over 7 months ago and still haven't received it. I've emailed multiple times and had no reply yet they continue to email and message about new products.

Terrible company. I ordered 2 T-shirts and a hoodie 6 weeks ago and no sign of the clothes and no response from the numerous attempts I’ve made to contact them. Looks like like I’m £85 out of pocket. Do not order anything for this shop, the owner is essentially a thief.

DONT BUY HERE! I order 3 items. After 6 weeks of getting nothing and no response to my mails I contacted paypal and got my money back. At least most of it. They kept the shipping costs. Crappy store.

Ripped me off, talked me into dropping a paypal claim against and still sent nothing ! AVOID like the plague !!

If I could do zero stars I would, ordered 3 t shirts last July and and nothing. No response from repeated emails to “customer service”.

UPDATE : After my final chase email to No Chaos, remarkably I get an update from Royal Mail to say that one of the two tracking numbers NC provied in January reportedly had moved to a processing centre! The tracking number was for the larger of the two parcels expected - which arrived this morning with the much smaller one (2 items totalling £9.98, not 6 items totalling £74.95). No response from NC when trying to chase up info and an explanation, the other tracking number dated 13.01.2026 on a 48 hour track is still showing as seller is sending, so now going through the process of trying to get the remainder of my money back. Theiving unreliable scamming sods. Be careful, like I wish I'd been!

I ordered a coat from Scum Skateboards over the holiday period, and although there was a delay due to Royal Mail losing the package, the customer service was exceptional. The owner responded immediately with an apology, kept me updated, and even sent a free t-shirt to make up for it. My new coat arrived promptly, and the quality is fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough—great communication and fantastic products!

Absolutely brilliant service from No Chaos! From start to finish the experience was seamless — ordering was easy, communication was clear, and delivery was impressively fast. Everything arrived exactly as expected and very well packaged.

You can really tell they care about quality and customer service. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that does exactly what they promise. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and great products.

Scammy scamsters will scam you, then continually ignore your emails after scamming you.
They will take your money, but they will not send your goods.
They will take your money, but they will not refund it when they fail to send your goods.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this band of pirates, unless you like giving money to a pack of Scamdoras.

Reading the reviews, I feel I did well as two seperate orders landed quickly and without issue. I may not have ordered if I'd seen these reviews first, but thankfully no bad experience

Have made x2 separate orders and haven’t received either of them, tried to email them and have had no response at all. Don’t use this company!

Bought from them on Black Friday expecting goods to arrive well before Christmas. No dispatch notification for weeks. Chased up via email and then got a dispatch notification but Royal Mail status says they are waiting to receive from sender. No replies to emails. Avoid this company. There are much better skate shops out there who actually care about their customers.
