Noblu Glasses 

Total fraud - basically same plastic as a cheap storage container - and same impact on vision - useless. If it sounds too good to be true - it certainly is! And as for their advertised 30 day money back gurantee - try getting a response from them…crickets…

I was led to believe they were for vision correction. I am a senior on fixed income. I don't need blue blockers, so I attempted to return. Their sales page states boldly at the top, 30-day money back guarantee. I tried to do a telephone return the next day. I went back and forth with customer service, and finally threatened to contact my County Office of Consumer Protection, as I wanted a full refund of $53 (the price after shipping and product protection). At that point, Customer Service emailed that there is a 15% restocking fee. I looked it up in the sales contract, and at the very very end, there are two sentences that state they have a right to charge a minimum of a 15% restocking fee. So I then agreed to their earlier offer of partial refund, I keep the glasses (which I have NO use for). I will report this to my County Office of Consumer Protection and they will assign an investigator. While one is on their website order page, in the lower left hand corner is a steady ticker with all the sales, people who are buying 2, 3, or 4 pairs, which is a crock. I was misled and they did not want to honor their refund. I could've used that $ to buy dollar store reading glasses. These NoBlu may block blue light, but they are a total rip-off, as it probably cost the company $0.50 to manufacture.

None of the advertised vision claims are true. There's no vision correction and they don't darken in sunlight. I plan to report this company to the FTC for false advertising.

AFTER READING....all the NEGATIVE reviews I WANT TO THANK YOU HONEST FOLKS for your TRUTH telling people like me about THE SCAM this NOBLU-glasses Company has and is doing to everyone.
YOU ALL just saved this visually-impaired mother some money, a whole lot of disappointment and that says a lot especially for us that rely on our limited incomes. THANK YOU and because of all your reviews I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER PLACE that advertises such miracle-working eye wear or similar. I AM NOT THEIR VICTIM falling for their SCAMS & LIES......but sadly, that's THANKS to you all that DID give your trust to this scamming company AND I AM SORRY that you all have gone through that. I PRAY you all stand strong and due your due - diligence TO PREVENT this company and others from getting away with taking and keeping your money. They do NOT deserve to gain riches from deceiving people like this. PLEASE HELP STOP THEM!!

These glasses are a joke the are just plan clear glass the don't even change out doors I believe that this whole thing is a scam I just wish I could get my money back.

These glasses are advertised as being able to “correct vision without a prescription.” That claim is completely false. They do nothing of the sort — they are essentially useless for anyone needing actual vision correction. When I asked for a refund, the company offered me only half my money back if I kept the product. This is misleading marketing at best, and a scam at worst. If you need vision correction, see an optometrist — don’t waste your money here.

These glasses are NOT as advertised! Go to any drug store and you'll find better glasses. These Noblu glasses are a joke!!! Don't waste your money. I wish I could get my money back!

These are sounding a lot like PrimaFocus glasses.
I bought 2 pair of those and there were made of the same cheap plastic.
I did everything they asked in sending them back for a refund but they kept claiming they never received them. I was out $99.95 for the glasses and $13 for the shipping
The people at NoBlu sound a lot like the PrimaFocus people.

Don't waste your money. They didn't work as advertised, and a screw was missing from the hinge. When I called customer service I got a virtual assistant that looped me over and over with the same message. Once I did get to a live agent I wanted a full refund, but they claimed there is a 15% "restocking" fee and would only give me 85% refund (I did not have to send the glasses and case back) This is a huge scam! They are keeping at least 15% of people's money for something you can't even use!

Noblu glasses are not worth the money, you would get better glasses from the dollar store, they are a complete scam, they do not work as described, do not buy these glasses

These Glasses are JUNK! Save yourself some money and buy a cheap pair of safety glasses. Cause the are the same thing!

I even reread the ad to see if I just misunderstood. They don't adjust, they don't do anything. I have only had them on a few minutes and they hurt my nose. Why would I not need an Rx ever again? These offer NO adjustments. I can't see through them to read or watch TV because they offer no correction. They do NOT fit over or under Rx glasses. poorly made

Don't change darker in sunlight. Don't adjust to distance or your eyesight. Very cheaply made. Basically ALL PLASTIC. No metal parts. I wouldn't throw them off a Mardi Gras float in a parade in New Orleans. Paid $35.00 for one pair. Now I see other companies that look really good on YouTube. Won't take a chance after this. I'm sure no way to return to IBM 1055 SESAME STREET, FRANKLIN IL 60131

It doesn't do anything, it doesn't adjust my vision with these glasses, I can't see a darn thing with these glasses, I like my money back I spent $115 thinking that these will work and they don't I'm very disappointed

I just got these flimsy, cheap, falsely advertised pieces of junk in the mail after paying $60+ for them. They arrived already broken. But these things don't have to be worn for you to know that this is not the product described to you in their advertisement. They are made from the cheapest of plastics. It reminds me of very cheap toys made in China. They feel like they could break at the slightest touch. I received them today, I'm going to request a full refund of my money and if they do not provide me with a full refund immediately, I'm filing a dispute with my Credit Card company. I happen to have 11+ years experience working in banking, including fraud and disputes. So I won't be manipulated or allow them to delay a refund for even a day. It's vital that you file your dispute for something like this right away, do not let the merchant make excuses for delaying a refund. They can refund your card right then and there, no matter what they say. If you don't see your refund on your account by the end of the next business day, dispute the charge on your card and allow your bank to handle it. You will not even need to contact the merchant any further. (Not all situations are the same, if your dispute fails you can request it be re-reviewed, if you have reason. If not, small claims court may be your only option.) Make sure you keep all records and receipts related to this situation. Including proof that you shipped the product back to the Merchant if you do so. Get a receipt that shows when it was sent and where it was sent to. Take photos of damage with your phone, you may not need these things, but if you do and don't have them, you could lose your dispute.

***08/25/2025 Update

I received notification from this company within 24hrs of emailing them and letting them know I expected a full refund by the end of the next business day. They are refunding 100%, including shipping and there was nothing said about any restocking fees. When you know your rights as a consumer and make that clear with the merchant it makes things much faster and smoother, funny how that works, huh?

I should have known better. I was hoping for a miracle I guess. I received the glasses and tried them out for several days. They look to be very poor quality and inexpensive. They did not improve my vision or help me see at any distance. When I attempted to return them, I emailed them and they were quite responsive, but they continually offer discounts "to save me the time and money it would take to return them." This company has a pretty good scam going. Most people won't go through the effort of trying to return them.... Even if Noblu only makes $10 off each pair of glasses, they have the potential to make a fortune.

If zero was a score, that’s what their rating would be. Vision is worse with glasses on. Garbage!
