Went to Edgware HA8 7AA branch after looking for a good rate.
Aneta at the till was amazing, she offered me the best rate. I felt comfortable and appreciated her sincerity.

No issues with service other than delivery. Currency didn't arrive on day it was scheduled to which resulted in me having to contact you. Royal Mail don't guarantee a before 1pm delivery any more. Mines arrived the day after it was due.

Really good exchange rates and the delivery service was very quick.

I genuinely do not recommend this company, especially if you value your right to leave honest feedback without being confronted or made to feel ashamed for it.

I was left in tears at this location at 11:22am on Friday, July 18th, following an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional encounter with the manager. I had previously visited in May — after years of using this branch — and had what I described in a review as one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I left a review that I believed was fair and truthful, and I resolved not to return.

However, after a kind and sincere call from Head Office, I was encouraged to give them another chance. I did — and my next visit in June was pleasant. They were helpful, and I appreciated being listened to.

Unfortunately, today undid all of that goodwill. I visited to collect a Western Union payment and was blindsided by the manager who confronted me about the negative review I left weeks ago. She claimed she just “wanted my side,” but then began questioning why I returned if my review said I wouldn’t — essentially calling my integrity into question in front of other customers and my teenage daughter.

Despite asking her politely several times to drop the subject and proceed with the transaction, she continued talking about it, apologizing but also persisting in making me feel guilty and uncomfortable — until I was in tears, in public. No customer should be put in this position for sharing honest feedback — feedback I was initially hesitant to give, but felt was warranted.

Apparently, giving this company a second chance was a mistake. They don’t forget or forgive criticism, and seem to take it personally enough to confront you the next time they see you.

This experience was embarrassing, upsetting, and completely unprofessional. I’ll never return, and I hope others think twice before doing business here — especially if you believe in giving honest feedback and expect to be treated with respect regardless.

Picked up cash, asked ridiculous questions such as who are you going with, why are you going... will take a slightly lower rate next time and go somewhere else not so nosey.

It was so easy to order online, the currency I wanted was available without a minimum amount as it was just pocket money I wanted for a cruise day excursion.
I was kept up to date with the progress of the order which was delivered on my day of choice at a very good rate without having to travel to the nearest supermarket 7 miles away and queue up at the Bureau de Change to get the currency.
Very efficient from start to finish.

Was drawn to No1Currency by their strong exchange rate. Ordered my currency and it failed to arrive for my honeymoon (still hasn't arrived, albeit not needed anymore).
Customer service / complaint process has been dreadfully slow in responding too. Not the start I wanted to the trip of a lifetime. Will never use again.

Has the potential to be good place to get currency as they offer great rates but there is a huge difference between the online rate and the store rate. Resulted on me messing around to get the online rate by click and collecting it in store, as they wouldn’t budge in store. They then offer a guaranteed buy back rate at the same price you purchased, if you have any left over after your holiday - they push on this offering but, if agreed, they add £4 to the bill. They then also add 25p for the cost of the envelope they put the money in. Great location but if I could recommend anything to them it would be go back to basics, foreign exchange. Charge people a rate and forget all the extras especially 25p for a ln envelope! Apart from that, the rate I got was the best around.

I've used No1Currency for a few years now, they've always provided a better exchange rate than the banks.
My currency was delivered to my address for no extra charge by Royal Mail on the promised day.
It was easy to order all on line, fast and efficient service.

I have used this company on and off for years and they have the best rates around and get the money to you quickly and securely, if you can’t pick it up yourself!

First time I have used this company. A very easy online experience and great rate. I ordered online and picked up my USD locally the next day. This is a company I will use from now on. Well done to your online team for making my experience a great one.

Decent rates but ordered currency arrrived late, depreciating for guaranteed delivery before 1pm. Advised you to request refund from Royal Mail but heard nothing since.
