This is the first time I used NM Money as it has the best rate compared to several competitors. The process was easy and smooth, the money was delivered as stated.

Great rates and really easy to pick up at a branch or have delivered. I've used them several times and the service has been excellent every time.

Ordered some dollars and got an email telling me I could collect from Braehead at 11.30am. I went over in my lunch hour, arriving at 12.30pm.

Had to wait while the guy in front of me had an argument with the girl in the kiosk. When it was my turn she said "you're the same as him", which apparently meant they hadn't packed either of our orders yet. She told me she'd do it right now and would text me in five minutes when it was ready.

Half an hour later, no text, so I went back and finally got my money. At this point I discovered that the guaranteed buy back only covered a small percentage of the money, rendering it pointless.

Won't be back.

very disappointed l ordered my holiday money last night to pick up this morning and the shop in burnley is closed, l rung HQ and they told me it should be open the excuse was sickness so ok but get some cover for the shop lf it is closed again tomorrow l will not be able to pick it up because of their weekend shutdown and my work commitments then l lose money (administration) ten pounds through no fault of mine.

As a frequent flyer I always get a small amount of cash for arrival at the destination airport just for emergencies on onward travel.
I have been using the local Post Office for convenience sake…..Never again. No wonder they say 0% commission, when the exchange rate is so poor.
For 300 Romanian Leu they quoted me £62 whereas NM Money charged me £56.79. That’s over £10 difference per £100. By far the best rate offered by anyone.
I certainly will be using them for any future journeys and would highly recommended them.
