Ordered from the web, after 2 days they cancelled my order as they "didn't have enough stock to complete your order" then why does the website shows that product is in stock. Just wasted my time tbh... Mehr ansehen

I bought a Matrix SoColor 12 A hair colour. The prompt response to customer impressed me. And the way two way communication was encouraged in whatsapp. Usually some sites just text you with a no need to reply message. But here i was asked to reply to the whatsapp msg incase i had any problem and that won my heart. I also loved the quick dispatch method. Lots of love and best wishes.

Niram is zero in terms of giving support. We want to buy shampoo and we place order of conditioner by mistake. Now we want to replace it with shampoo. Company denied to change this. We are also agree to pay delivery charges for that by company denied for that..
