The product arrived in good time and in perfect condition. Product is well made and of good quality. Though it is not as good as hearing aids, it does help my mother-in-law hear better as sound is amplified clearly and with low background noise.

I ordered a gua sha set in the mid of May-25. Firstly, I did not receive a confirmation of purchase email stating delivery details. After 2 weeks, I decided to follow-up with the store. However, after several follow-ups, I still did not receive my product as of early Jun-25. Neither was the customer service able to provide me with exact timelines like date of dispatch or estimated arrival date.
However, their customer service is good. They did reply back to all my emails. Its just unfortunate that they were not able to resolve my issue.
