I am being informed by Trustpilot that if I do not respond to Ninefit's direct communication with me, I may have my post below removed! Is this for real? Ninefit is a scam and they are asking me to provide more details of the goods I did not order! Earth to world, I did not order anything and they are trying to scam me by getting me to click on a link that is obviously a scam.

I did not order anything from these people and yet they keep bombarding my e-mail account with different links, from different sources, trying to get me to click on an obviously nefarious link!

Trustpilot, c'mon, how can you allow my post to be removed because I won't answer them. Look at the other complaints below and see that these people are scammers. We owe it to other consumers not to be caught out by these workshy, conning, shysters.

Watch out for SCAM Emails claiming your parcel on on its way and TRACK PACKAGE link is fake.

Since i ordered something and received the item, i got a lot of spam-/ phishing mails confirming a made up order. These mails do include my address and also the same item i ordered, even though the sender/ mail is clearly scam. After i contacted the support and told them about the problem and included one of those spam mails as proof, they confirmed, that they had a data breach and user contact-data got stolen. At least no payment- or creditcard information got stolen but something like this is not acceptable for a serious shop.

PS: I'm getting spam- /phishing mails at least once a weak since then.

When I purchased the knife 🔪 I thought it would take at least 6 to 8 weeks to get to me but surprisingly it only took 4 weeks and the knife looks better in person also well made I'm going off grid camping next week so I'll put the knife to the test

Having a similar scam experience. Multiple Promises that the item is in the mail. Tracking email is a scam. Website is marked dangerous. Will chargeback.

Fraudsters. Complete Fraudsters. Priced an item to make it look like it was something else. String priced like 200m but only sent 12m of string. No product info and no help afterwards...basically told F you...we caught you

I am constantly being contacted by Nine-Fit to tell me my order has been processed/in transit, etc. each time from a bogus email address just trying to get me to click on the tracking link.
Totally fake company.

This Company is a bunch of criminals.
They never deliver ordered products and money spent youll never see again from them.
I contacted Google and they shut them down from the search, but we all know that parasites seems to show up again. This is a big Victory for the human kind and I want you all to report this kind of parasites. They dont have the right to be on this earth

If there was a zero star Ninefit would get it. I live in the UK and they have given me a US address to return the product. Absolute joke of a company they even have an office in Middlesex.

My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Might as well be a con.
Prices are absolutely scandalous - I rang their contact number and the guy (Waveel) just made excuse after excuse after excuse... blaming anything he could think of, then would not give me any direct contact details to make an official complaint.... They are charging 5 to 6 times the prices of other places - this is a TOTAL SCAM.
Should be reported to trading standards.

ADDED post their reply..... meaningless and with very little if any 'integrity' in your reply. The product in question is readily available and is a market leader, so quality is not in question. Your website. company rips off and makes excessive profit out of those that might not know better... I find this a shame and a disgrace especially in time of 'hardship' for some / many.... rant over I bought mine form Stringers world and Direct Sports and Direct Badminton also had reasonable prices.
Just avoid this Ninefit site!!!

Deliberately misleading advert. I bought boxing egg weights, the picture shows the weights and holders, the price and postage makes you believe that's what you're getting, but they only sent the holders themselves. Getting a refund is proving very difficult as well. Avoid.

Scam!! I ordered 24 boxes of 3 tennis balls for HKD402 (about GBP 40). After many weeks due to incorrectly writing my address (heavily truncated causing local post office to struggle and find me), I only received 1 box!! Most expensive tennis balls ever!! I then came to read reviews to find that the exact same has happened to other customers!!! I have sent a message to customer service but given what I’ve read here, i fear I my only real recourse will be to request a chargeback with my credit card company. Steer clear!

Update: the reply from Ninefit is pure copy paste of the reply they gave to similar scam cases. I have by the way not received any email LOL! TOTAL SCAM.

Weren’t able to fulfill order, wanted me to accept a substitute. I requested a refund instead but have now been ghosted. No response whatsoever. An absolute scam! Avoid at all cost!!!

Scam scam scam, please avoid. I ordered a case of 24 cans of tennis balls, I received ONE, I've had communication with them since asking for a refund, and they just offer me a reduced price of 20% 50% and most recently 75% for one can of tennis balls for which I also had to pay customs on! I wish I'd looked up the site pre purchase. But I have screenshot of everthing in the chain of purchase, the pictures and descriptions of the item, so will now contact my credit card provider. I will also be reporting the website to the appropriate enforcement agencies. Please do not use this website. Imo the positive reviews on this site are fake.

This company is not legitimate, it is a scam. If you order you will not get what you order, you will not get a refund, and you will pay a very over inflated price ie you will be scamed out of a huge amount compared to the real price of the item
If you examine all the 5 star reviews it is quite obvious they're fake reviews
google ninefit.ie on quora and trust pilot before even considering parting with money and also compare the price of what you are looking at to other sites selling similar/ identical item's.
One example, a pack of 10 fishing hooks in any shop or online will be at most 3 euro. Ninefit are charging 30 euro and then implying the 30 euro price is a special offer. This is extortion. Stay away from this site
Also be advised the phone number (+353749209999) is a donegal number and on a website called (fresh cart dot ie) but the address for ninefit.ie is in Dublin, further signs it is not legitimate

Don't order from this company, I ordered on 10 January 2024 and still have not received my item. Excuse after excuse is being used. I have requested a refund, now my calls and emails are no longer answered.

According to their reply I will receive an email. I have not received an email nor have they made contact to fix this.

Complete scam and false advertising.
Bought what I believed was a case of tennis balls for $93 which is consistent with what you would ordinarily pay for a case, but only received, 1 can.
Very clever marketing Ninefit. Well done for screwing others for your own financial advantage.
