I ordered an item for my sons birthday and after 3 weeks it had not arrived. I applied to cancel the order for a full refund and was referred to the DHL tracking app which says the item is en route from New Jersey and has been for over a week. NineFit say I cannot have a refund until I return the item. I cannot return the item because it has not been delivered. I would advise others not to purchase from this site.

I was really happy to receive the package to add to my prepping stores. The only problem is the courier left the box downstairs in the hallway. It would have been easier if they brought it to my door.
But I gave a five star for the value of the product.
It’s great not having to worry about expiry dates.

`This company is a SCAM - ignore the positive reviews which must be 100% self generated. I bought a Daiya AS -462 Score Counter 462 Black golf counter watch (order NF#P309782012) - first of all delivery delayed as they advised they did not have black but could deliver pink - which I accepted. I then received a tracking number and a solid piece of metal shaped like a watch with a BLACK nylon strap arrived - £53.62 for something that costs less than 50p and perhaps for a 2 year old pretending to have a watch. Telephone number is a recorded message telling you all agents are busy. Will string you along offering you 30% discount on next purchase or 15% money back!! Avoid at all cost!!! - Jane

Ordered a SF1 driver (mens stiff flex) waited 5 weeks for delivery. What got delivered was a ladies regular flex SF1 driver. Had contact with their help team regarding this and sent them pictures of the ladies driver along with packaging. All i had back was a reply saying "sorry for the inconvenience" ha e sent numerous follow-up up emails but no reply. Fummung is an understatement as the total cost was £539

Delivery was fast item was exactly as described came well packaged and in a box overall I'm very happy with my purchase and everything that the company itself has done

Some good prices but not on everything. Some products need a bit of clarity in the description. Delivery can take a bit longer than most companies but I can accept that from the deal I got.

Following my original critical review I placed regarding the Kardia Mobile card that was sold to me but is not suitable for use in the UK, I can now report that Ninefit has dealt with the issue very professionally and was very supportive. It took a bit of time but I have now received a full refund for which I am very grateful.

Bought a panoramic print of Daytona nascar track from this company….did they put it in a poster tube to ship it? No, they put it in a plain padded envelope. The result being when it arrived it was a creased mess fit only for the bin. EBay sellers take more care!

They had exactly what i was looking for. I had searched the item to fit in a specific place for a customer. Having found this and ordered it , the item arrived within a couple of weeks and the customer is very pleased. Thats a win in my book.
