From initial contact through showroom demonstration to delivery and installation the entire process was seamless. Staff were friendly professional and courteous throughout. The service and ease of doing business is very refreshing in these days of self scan and online shopping. Their staff are bright, cheery and very knowledgeable about their products and how to get the best sleep. If you’re needing a good nights sleep then look no further, I bought the Bamboo Pocket pillows and wow. Doesn’t loose shape your head just sinks into it but not too soft just right. I’m not waking up throughout the night to turn the pillow to the cold side for once. You can also wash the pillows easily which is a bonus. Highly recommend.
