This bloke should not be in business, the amount of complaints about lack of comms and the difficulty of trying to get an answer on the status of your order and he doesn’t change or improve. Alas, I was the same chasing and wondering where is my order. In the end I actually gave my head a wobble and said why am I spending so much time on this. I contacted the bank and reversed the payment. He won’t answer the phone, he won’t return answer machine messages, he won’t reply to emails and won’t respond the facebook messages, so save your energy and shop elsewhere. I’m of to Optics Warehouse to purchase the Rusan optics connector

I've just received my Dark Engine Blade - yes it did take much longer to arrive than originally expected, but the wait was well worth it.
In short it is beautifully made and so simple to set up and use. I am using it with a Starlight Archer.
I no longer have the problem of spilled light spoiling the quality of picture. The light it casts is very clean with no "texturing" of any kind. It zooms in and out( in about one turn) very solidly with no play at all, and gives me a good clear image for shooting out to several times beyond what I'd feel competent to shoot at.
A simple press of the switch turns it on or off, and the delightfully discrete little on/off LED next to the switch shows up clearly but only to the user.
The power adjustment works perfectly, and when you switch off, the previous setting is kept, because power adjustment is a turn of the switch, whilst on-off is a press of the same.
Finally it is a delightfully small unit compared to other stuff out there.
I actually took the trouble to email Clive and congratulate him on his achievement - I really do think it's that good.

I recently purchased a Black Sun Dark Engine Blade IR torch.
Works perfectly and due to the small size is lightweight and fits very well with HIKMICRO Alpex 4k.

I had a small issue (turned out one of my batteries was faulty). I emailed Clive and he responded very quickly and helped point me in the right direction.

Very highly recommend Clive and the nightvision store.

i placed an order with NVS and initially thought what have i done as didn't receive confirmation email of purchase, HOWEVER when i did my searching i found the emails in my junk folder, i received my NV007V today and i couldn't have asked for it to go any other way, so please everyone check your SPAM / JUNK folders before assuming you're not getting a response.

i am more than pleased with the product and cant wait to get out and use it, possibly buying add ons in the future from NVS

Bought an ir torch from Clive and unfortunately it developed a fault
Emailed Clive to explain the issue and he asked to try a couple off things to see if that would rectified the problem and if not return it and they would see what the issue was
Tried that but no luck
Sent it back to Clive on the Monday morning and received it back on the Friday morning same week
Email followed explaining what the problem was and that a new part had been fitted
Can't thank Clive and his team enough for their after sales service

Ordered the new Blade NV illuminator on 5/12/23 when marked on www as expected in 1 month. Paid by BACS. Received email confirmation and regular updates on progress. Also quick email replies from Clive re progress of order and advice re my 3yr old Dark Sun Black Engine illuminator. Received Blade illuminator early Jan and is 5* for weight, size, switch, adjustment and illumination. I returned my old one for switch upgrade etc and received it back 100% within a few days. I couldn't rate the products, personal communications and service more highly.

Heard about them developing a new thermal scope and put my name down for one. New scope built, checked, fitted and bore sighted while I waited.

Only 1" out when I zeroed it and it's exceptional!

Placed an order on 5th of December 2023 and to date nothing received. Impossible to get hold of, do not reply to emails or messages left on their voicemail. I posted a comment on their Facebook page and that was deleted within hours. Shame they can't email a reply in the same time, or even better... Send out the order that has been paid for.

Don't believe the 3 day notice on product pages, I have been waiting 10 working days and have not even received an update on the order, despite multiple efforts to get in touch with them.

Second time using them. Ordered a Dark Engine Blade. Got great advice and it arrived quickly. Really well made and it's amazing with my C50.

Excellent service quick delivery, ordered on Sunday arrived Wednesday morning. Took a chance and made bank transfer for the extra 5% off. Half expected it not to arrive at all. But l needn’t have worried. Would definitely use again.

a few weeks ago I ordered & paid on the Thursday, got delivery of my Pard 007S on the Monday. Knew that two extra bayonet adapters would be delayed. They turned up this Tuesday which was a nice surprise as I wasn't expecting them so soon.
Good communication via email & no issues at all.
Will certainly use them again

Not worth the bother this lot, had no stock of what I’d ordered and was told would be 20 days, that was only correspondence I got, will not answer emails or phone, have cancelled my order , hopeless 👎

Thanks Clive received scope today. I know it too abit longer than expected but suppose with a lockdown, Christmas and Brexit- shipping to Southern Ireland. Excellent quality he can’t wait to use it. Sorry for all the messages !!!

Ordered a scope back in May and understood issues with stock. However I cancelled the order in September and still no refund!
