Slick, efficient service, quality product from use so far. Thank you

Great products, fair pricing, will order soon again.. shipping time could be faster, if you solve this you get all stars 🤗

very good torches

Great torch at a reasonable price. Easy to charge and looks the part

Headlamp is fine, quality is also good.
Nothing to complain about the product.
The ordering on the website was also easy and straightforward.

Shipping was disappointing, I received no updates from here, it said its still in transit.
I received no active updates from the shipping company.

Just by chance I looked up the tracking number on their website and saw that my package was ready for pickup for over half a week at a nearby shop.

Somwhere it went wrong.

Got my package anyways, luckily.

Great touches and great customer services if you do have any problems A++++

the quick service

Good product (PIR light) and great customer service.

Very responsive and helpful sales team, plus quick delivery

Just what needed for winter dog walk. Good beam, rechargeable and like wave feature so can turn on and off so don't blind people coming the other way.

The service is very good and the product itself sturdy and it works well. However, the charging base is flimsy and feels as though it will easily break, which is concerning. This is unusual for products purchased from this site and the first disappointment I have experienced after a number of purchases.

More great torches from night Sercher to add to the collection.Thats why I use night Sercher.

Some items are good value for money.

Great product and rapid delivery, perfect service.

I was looking for a really great torch. I did my usual research and NightSearcher kept appearing. The site is extremely easy to use. It is laid out well and you can find the product you are looking for. The information is easy to read and follow. I ended up buying two torches. A hand held and a head torch. Excellent, quality products. Delivery was quick and packaged well.

Contracted customer service, they replied within a day to clarify product specifications that were incorrectly listed.

Order promptly dispatched and well packaged. No issues.

I've love Nightsearcher torches for years! I promised myself I wouldn't get anymore, but I recently saw the Cobra X and had to have it. The worklight feature is incredibly bright and the battery level indicator is also a good feature. Also a power bank and USB type C fast charging, and you can't go wrong. the red light on the work light also goes really dim if you want, which would be good for camping or to preserve night vision/keep the bugs away while being in the outdoors. All in all, I'm chuffed to bits with it!

Incredibly quick delivery and what I ordered arrived extremely well packaged. The quality is good and nothing short of what I have come to expect from NightSearcher, having previously used other equipment for work purposes.

Good website, easy to navigate and find what I wanted. Prompt delivery of an excellent product. Thanks.
