Ordered on 2/6 took a month to get the first parts and didn’t receive the last peace until 4/14 and everything came in multiple packages. I would suggest working on your packing and shipping!!

I like both the Night vision and the thermal but I am unable to to get the to to merge into one picture, seems to me that I should have either bought night vision or thermal but not both together. Instructions would be very helpful but there were none.

I like that you guys provide a good product at a good price

It’s a big scam! The delivery is very slow, took 8 weeks after purchasing to get delivered, communications via email is almost impossible and replies are not at all answering questions asked, if there is a reply anyhow. The ordered items were not received, the order details in Shopify does not show any details of the paid items. At the end I received a small credit of the amount of the missing items which was only valid for 3 days but was only able to apply after ordering over $ 200,00.
Don’t buy from this company!!!

They have fixed mistakes that were made before the order was shipped. And fixed everything so I got exactly what I needed.And there are a company that i'm going to buy more from thank you again

Initialy because of the way the product was advertised what I purchased isent what I thought I was recieving that being said they stayed in contact and were quickish to respond to inquries

I ordered a tan XL helmet, I received a black large.
I ordered the HEAT/VIPER bridgeable Monoculars and I only got the viper, and when I emailed them about it they told me I didn't order both.
I emailed them screenshots of the receipts and they've not returned four emails.
The IR Monocular works well, I tried it once, but as far as paying for the helmet, earmor, both Monoculars, and only the IR being the correct item in the Order, I'm going to return all of it and just buy from another source.

I ordered a monocular. It never came. My credit card company refunded my money. I ordered a second time. I then ordered a helmet . I received the helmet today. Never received the second monocular.

I didn't receive half of what I paid for, I opted for aluminum mounts and got plastic, the extra batteries I paid fir never showed up. The product was damaged when it finally did arrive, the battery compartment on both optics where corroded already without even having batteries in them.

Im still learning how to use the equipment, but it really a great value for your dollar if your first starting off. Before you go pro . Great goggles for my tactical equipments and tools.very professional look ..

They were very quick to respond, very friendly, and quality of products were much better than expected, very happy with my purchases!

I’d say overall they’re pretty good with only a couple of downside being the need for an IR light to be able to see anything with them and the NVG mount being pretty brittle

Over all I love them and I can’t wait to get some practical use out of them

I’m very satisfied with the equipment which I ordered. I finally received it after a slight delay and I’m waiting to use it and experience it for what is designed for very happy with the customer service and with the communication thank you very much.
