I searched and searched for an online vape shop. Most was bulk ordering for businesses or had really long shipping times. Nexus smoke was easy, had a full stock and shipping was fast and on point.

So grateful I found Nexus, absolutely the best way to get my vapes from here on out. I ordered on a Tuesday evening and my order came in on Thursday night. Better than going to a store, huge variety of vapes, flavors and brands…best prices… you can not go wrong!

This is my first time ordering from Nexus and my order was at my door in a day and a half! Everything was accurate, and their prices and selection are great. Not to mention there was a free vape, which was a nice surprise. If you’re debating on trying them out, I’d say go for it!! I’m happy I did and they are my new place to order from.

I was fairly happy with there price. I was totally thrilled that they car airbar nex6500 cool mint.
Its the only vape I like. They were very quick to ship was a lil disappounted to hear they use USPS as they do not do their jobs very well at all any more. Do wish Nexxus Smoke had informed me that was their carrier cuz I would of paid extra to get it sooner. I also noticed their product is fresh stock... not been shelved for forever before sale.....
They have made a repeat customer of me if they can keep my vapes instock.

This was my first time order a vape front anywhere online.. I bought 7 seasonal flavored ones.. I ordered over the weekend.. which they don't ship or anything unless its a business day.. so Monday I was notified that my order wad being prepared and shipped.. and I received it today, 4 full business days since I ordered, so very fast process. I was a little nervous about them being authentic, and I scanned and check each one, which they are all good to go. I don't understand why this place isn't the number #1 place to buy from, because they have free shipping with orders over $29, plus all the vapes are cheaper than anywhere else... esp at retail stores. I don't see why there isn't way more reviews (good or even bad), it's like nobody knows about this place. When I started doing research on where to order from, alot of reddit posts recommend a bunch of places, but a couple were regularly mentioned.. NexusSmoke blows all them out of the water, so I dont get it.. even their website is awesome. And another thing.. when I order over the weekend, I didn't know they didn't do anything over the weekend, so I went on their website and tried to contact them, because I thought maybe I didn't do something right.. alot of post mentioned needed ID, so I figured I needed to emails a copy of mine or something.. but anyways, I found out they have a support chat with a live person.. I was really impressed actually. That person basically told me that yea, they don't do anything over the weekend, so Monday I'll be fine.. but the chat option was pretty cool. .. and about my ID.. so I never had to take a picture or even enter my ID number in anywhere.. all it is, is when you go to place an order, you enter you name and D.O.B.. and I think the last 4 of your social... and that info must match the info on your payment card. And they essentially use that to validate your age. I jaw this review is really long.. longer than I originally intended, but all in all.. I 200% recommend this site and will be ordering again. And I am not a paid member or fake review guy.. im just a regular person who ordered from them. I live in West Virginia (left of Virginia).. i believe Nexus Smoke is in South Carolina (I could be wrong).. but thats to give you an idea of shilling expectations if you live in the north east of the US like me.. it took 4 business days. They also threw in a free Esco Bar vape.

I'm having an extremely hard time right now, I want to change this to 5 stars because of all the good reviews and all the products. But I placed an order and they've taking my money, but there's am issue with my ID. I'm trying to reach customer service, but they aren't responding now, after Vanessa was very nice and told me to send her my old ID and it would be fine, as long as the address matches the billing address. It's a $109.07 order and now that money is taken, and I'm getting no replies. What is going on? If it needs to be canceled and redone I'll do it, it's an order for myself and my 2 friends we are 28, 38 and 44. So please can someone help me?
