I have been using NexusNode for a few years now and have had no real issues until recently. When your server works the service is great. If you need support you will get none. Support is essentially non-existent if there is an issue.

My servers went down around the beginning of September. This isn't an issue that I can resolve by reinstalling or anything like that. The physical server went dark. I placed a support ticket on Sept 2nd and didn't receive a response so I updated my ticket on the 4th. Then again on the 5th. Then again on the 10th. I placed a new ticket on 11th requesting a refund and didn't hear back so I updated that ticket on the 14th... Still no response.

In this time I also attempted the chat function that states it has around a 1 hour turn around time. No response in the 4 times I have tried to use it as well.

Having technical issues is to be expected when running something like server hosting but not hearing back about support for 2 weeks is unheard of.

Update: I finally heard back on the server and it was back up 18 days after it went down. I received 1 response stating low staffing as the issue. The server went down again the 9th of October and I have sent messages every day until now Oct 30th asking for assistance. No response on LinkedIn, their website, email to owner it doesn't matter. This company has the worst customer support of any company I have ever worked with. I have just been trying to get a refund at this point for the last 20 days and crickets.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

With the 1 Star review I can confirm as a customer of NexusNode Ltd, that this issue never comes up especially with the support team in place. As I do with any host I always take some time to read the T&Cs and legal information before purchasing my server. I have only ever experienced 1 issue with this host and that was me not knowing how to install a certain mod to my server, the support team were happy enough to help me install my mod and couldn't be more helpful. They made sure that in future I could install more mods without difficulty and couldn't thank them enough. High quality servers and have not experienced any problems with my server. Highly Recommended

Avoid at all cost, it is a waste of money and time, after some hours of the server created, it stopped working and their server got down FOR 2 DAYS, 2 days to just fix a small bug with server, the support ignores, answears after couple of hours almost full day, this was a complete failure so asked for a refund, they said NO. So do yourself a favor and find a new hoster, there are plenty good ones that are cheaper and much better, just a honest review.

Edit: Nexusnode tried to shut down my honest review, they flagged it so it can get removed which is utterly disgusting, as fast as they get negative review they try to shut it down instead of improving their work, because of that i will give more examples of whats so bad in this website

First of all i asked them about modpacks and they Themselves did not know that their OWN servers have modpacks installer, the live chat guy MATT did not know about this, second of all i also asked about a plugin called luckperm not working when installing to the modpack, I did not know this before but they could not help me with that, But the easy soluton is that Plugins dont work with mods, you need to install a Luckperm mod and not plug but this simple question couldnt even be handled. So with other words, they are extremely unskilled and have no clue for how their OWN server is working. This are major red flags. This is just a honest review and nothing else, If you want The chat history i can provide them, So i can only recommend you to avoid this site.

Now cause u have no argument u have resolved to Lies to justifie your lack of skill. The server i purchased for was deployed instantly not 10 hours, BUT it was up for some hours untill it got Stopped and unavaible, i contacted the team that said " This will be fixed within a day if not we will send a mail to everyone" it did not resolve within a day i was force to contact for 2 DAYS untill it got up again, this according to you was only a problem for my server somehow, a small Bug that took u 2 days to figure ut, So do not come with lies to justifie your lack of skill, And do not say "We are far more experienced than our competition" Because after i stopped using your Site, i went on and did my research and found other Good server hoster that has been 0 issues unlike your hoster that gave me atleast 100 issues that took days to resolve. So yes people this is the truth of this hoster, It is utterly disgusting that they are alternating the truth to their liking.

And do not lie, i asked for a refund. YOU SAID THERE will be NO REFUND for me. even doe the server mistake that took 2 DAYS for you to fix was on your side. It is insane.

The support team that Nexus Node provides is incredible, with relatively fast responses and thorough explanations.

The Engineering team is also very helpful and friendly. When I would have an issue regarding a more technical task, the engineering team:
1.) Explained the problem
2.) Told me how to fix it (for the future)
3.) Proceeded to fix it for me

I was helped out by Brad Hunter, who was very quick in replying to my ticket and friendly throughout the whole process.

This service actually cares about their clients and makes it easy to get help. I was having trouble setting up mods for my server and they messaged me and offered to do the mods for me. Overall great service

When purchasing I had a few issues at the start, however I got in touch with the customer support via Discord, and they were really helpful and kind, I would highly recommend this host not just for the support, but also for the cheapness of their services.

Easy communication, lag-free servers and to top it all off, the hosting is much cheaper than any other companies out there, so if you're on a budget (or not!) nexusnode is definitely worth buying from.

I currently am using nexus node for my hosting and it is definitely the best hosting I have seen in a long time. Most companies charge around triple the amount for the same services. There is no server lag at all on my server and I could not be happier with my purchase. If you are going to get a Minecraft server I honestly recommend this company.

I actually love NexusNode, and you pay almost nothing for very good quality! There support team needs a little growth but over all I think it's a great provider and I love how smooth my Minecraft Server runs with Nexus and the servers have amazing hardware!

Okay so to start things off, the prices are amazing, I personally have not been able to find another provider who can even compete when it comes to that.
I’ve had a server for a bit now and it’s ran flawlessly every time I use it.
For sure the only server hosting company I could confidently recommend to someone. 10/10
