At the beginning everything appeared smooth in terms of transaction in and out but then after making a withdrawal request on Tuesday it hasn't been processed,I opened a ticket no response,I tried livechat which is a WhatsApp number no response after they opened the message, I tried emailing admin email no response, and support email say address not found when I try to send an email pertaining to progress of my withdrawal request,now I don't understand what's happening at least if they update me on what's going on or maybe if there are system upgrades I would understand it's just frustrating.

Broker doesn't givev profit withdrawal.
After requesting for withdrawal of profit amount, the request gets rejected and sends an unreleavant email saying that the profits are not valid as per their Risk policy. When I asked to share which point of the policy is violated by my trades then they don't have any answer.
