I have NEVER dealt with a more disgusting, fraudulent company in my life. Nexio are complete SCAMMERS and because of THEIR fraud, employees like me are suffering. Payroll was delayed, my bills are overdue, and as a single mother I’ve been left struggling to survive because this company is playing games with people’s money.
Daniel Galvez and David Pike should be ashamed of themselves for what they’ve done. This company literally feels like they stole money and held payroll hostage while hardworking families suffered. They are frauds, scammers, and liars who clearly do not care who they hurt.
Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from Nexio. Do NOT trust them with your business, payroll, or financial information. They are dishonest, shady, and completely unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this disgusting company to anyone — not even my worst enemy.

I am so upset and disappointed in this Disgusting, FRAUDULENT company!!! My pay is late because of Nexio and now I wasn’t able to pay my rent and bills on time as a single mother!! Daniel Galvez and David Psych literally STOLE my Company’s money so they couldn’t do payroll on time. Whatever you do I would NOT work with this credit card processing company!!!! They are committing 100% FRAUD!! They are thieves and criminals and deserve to lose everything, just like they made me lose everything! I am so upset and wouldn’t even tell my worse enemy to go through these disgusting, lying CRIMINALS!!

Nex.io and their gang of thieves, including David Pike and Daniel Galvez are nothing but thieves stealing our retainers! We want our money back! These criminals need to be brought up on charges FBI please arrest these criminals. They steal our money!!!

My company Enterprise Auto Transport has an account with this company. Their customer service is completely useless. They keep directing me to a dashboard that shows they sent money to my account. My bank told me it was never received. I don't know why they sent my money to but this company is turning into nothing but a hassle. I should have gotten my money a week ago! I would not suggest this processor to anyone and I don't even think they are legitamate.

Our experience with Nexio/CMS has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. They have withheld $209,414 of our funds since January 2024—over 10 months—despite repeated efforts to resolve the issue.

We onboarded Nexio/CMS in March 2022 and used their credit card processing services until April 2023. After our account closure in January 2024, they initially promised to issue the funds via check since their Plaid payment link was non-functional. However, they failed to honor this agreement and reverted to the non-functional link.

We complied with all their requests, including closing the account and submitting all necessary documents, yet they have refused to release our money. Communication with their ISO Operations Manager, Kassidy Farrer, has been unproductive and unhelpful.

This unjustified withholding of funds has caused significant disruption to our business operations. Nexio/CMS has no legal or policy-based reason to withhold these funds, especially as there are no chargebacks or disputes on the account.

We strongly advise others to avoid Nexio/CMS unless they improve their customer service, transparency, and accountability. We are left with no choice but to escalate this issue further.
