This company is amazing. Period. I didnt read the fine print (duh), and didnt read about the production time that is 2-4 weeks. I called the number and spoke with a wonderful gal named Anji D. She is amazing and saved my proposal! I have 50 people showing up for this, and without the ring I ordered, good Lord Almighty, I dont know what I would have done. She made some calls, pulled some strings, and that ring, MY FUTURE WIFE'S RING... will be here on Saturday, just in time. I could cry thinking about it. They took 3 weeks to ship the product and then they shipped the wrong product and the customer service is terrible.

Surface product looks great but the quality of the backs of the earring may as well be aluminum foil. Both were destroyed when removing earrings from packaging. Replacing the back required purchasing again and then returning the “defective” product which has stipulations. I understand why, but way too much effort when all I need is a back that would not crease and bend.
