Originally I was interested in Charlie's pitch, he seemed impressive, so I signed up to the £495 lead service.
30 days after I signed up I had 1 qualified lead in my inbox - I paid for 12, so I was annoyed - rather than apologise, and sort the issue out, they continued as they left.
3 months down the line, I cancel my plan, not seeing much progress, to then still be charged for the month (there were no instructions on cancellations prior to signing up). Charlie offered 1/2 an apology and offered me a further month for free.
I emailed him on the 12th of that month to say that I will not be continuing (from the end of the free month) and they cut me off on the 13th.
Customer service - they are not based in UK, and take days to reply to you.

We'd like to remind you that during this 1st month of the campaign we generated you appointments and leads on the Appointment Starter plan which is one of our non-guaranteed packages. With our type of marketing, we do expect you to understand there is a ramp up phase to avoid any mis expectation.
It is also your responsibility to cancel the rolling subscription plan if you do not expect or wish to be charged, whilst using our service.
The Newson team is headquartered in the UK with team members also working remotely in US. We now support our clients with Slack (real-time) instant support, thank you for your feedback has really helped.
