DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

Like most of the other reviews we experienced the worst customer service possible !
Repeated missed installation dates , no communication from them at all !
When I could eventually get through they promised faithfully that give them
one more chance to put it right .... then let us down again !!!
I finally cancelled the order and had to do a complaint procedure through the bank to get the payment reversed !
Then I left a review here to reflect the poor service and they claimed I was never a customer of theirs so had the negative review removed !
Complete cowboy operation !!!
I suspect any good reviews were fictitious customers posted by themselves !
Worst retail experience I’ve ever encounter !!!!

we were lucky to get our shed, several missed delivery dates, no explanations, then delivered at 9.30pm, one opening window missing and others not in right place, no fixings, barely enough felt to cover roof, looks like gone out of business as cant contact them, glad we made delivery driver sign to say we had given him outstanding balance as they brought no paperwork with them

in 2017 I paid over £1,200 for a shed to be delivered and installed. They delivered it, and insisted on taking payment (I didn't have much choice, as I was outnumbered and they used intimidation tactics. They promised they'd come back and install. After many many missed dates I realised they had no intention of coming back. So I started to construct the shed myself, only to realise most of the parts needed weren't in the delivery. So it cost me another £300 to get the windows, fittings, etc that should have been provided with the delivery.

They'll promise the earth, and bring you nothing but pain and false promises. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. These guys should be shut down!

Avoid at all costs! Read the bad reviews and ignore the fake 5*. Our story is very similar to those already mentioned - failed deliveries, zero communication, lies, rudeness etc.
Don't be fooled by the promises and reassurances. I've never come across anyone in my life who is such a prolific liar.
We are addressing the issues we've had through the correct channels - Trading Standards/ebay fraud dept/small claims court etc. If anyone would like to compare experiences, please feel free to contact me.

*** Don't be fooled in to thinking there are an abundance of staff - it appears 'Jonathan' goes by other names too, Keiran being one of them!

Has anyone been able to contact this firm, we spoke to James on Thusrday and he stated the shed would be delivered over the weekend, when we pointed out it was Easter they said they would be working all weekend.
Shed not deliverd, all info has been taken off web site. Have they gone into liquidation? Any contact numbers would be good

Lots of missed delivery dates and excuses but shed arrived yesterday (03-04-18) . Had to call on listed adresses and their workshop to get delivery, shed was not even finished even though ghey had promised several previous delivery dates. Currently a dysfunctional company with a great banter.
They even sent me texts saying they had been delayed at a previous job, so I waited in longer when I found the shed had not even been made.

I had given up with this supplier, so many false promises (at least 11 by text or email that I can verify plus numerous verbal, some witnessed) of delivery of my order.
Twice I was text to say "busy in meetings" and once to say "will call later as I am driving" and no call but then later in the same week excuse was been off all week due to a chest infection !
Since initially raising this through Paypal I was asked to remove my claim before they could deliver. I offered to remove the claim when the shed arrived but before they erected it. This they agreed to but stil no delivery, despite four more delivery dates being promised, three occasions I cancelled overtime which I was due to work, at a loss to me of £132.00. I also took two days off to accommodate these 'deliveries' that did not happen at a further loss to me.
Inept is polite; unprofessional - Totally; Honest - NO. Have my money - YES £1695.00.
Will I update my review - YES once installed I will acknowledge this.
CAB/Trading Standards, Paypal and another! (obtaining money by deception) will aslo be updated. But I could not believe any inention to deliver as why would someone phone you and say we will be there by 10:00 or 16:00 and no one arrives when they have no intention of even sending anyone out and On many many occasions; You choose your words to explain this behaviour.
Is the proprieter fit or responsible enough to run a business?

If there was a lower rating than 1 I would have chosen that. Family ordered a shed and after being given 4 different delivery dates and being let down in all of them with varying excuses of transport and first job took longer...... bored of their excuses. Nothing about this company is on companies house page so no real responsibility has been given by the company. After leaving a poor result on eBay they even tried to say if you remove it the shed will be delivered tomorrow morning. Negative response was removed and still let down. PREVIOUSLY- OCTOBER 2017

I ordered a 16x8 heavy duty shed back in October 2017 and as advised this was ordered directly online using company website, deposit of £586.67 taken and FIRST delivery agreed for Sunday 10th December 2017. This never happened…. I’ve lost count but have since had over 6 agreed delivery/install dates missed, wasting days HOLIDAY TAKEN where needed to suit.

**NOW 26 MARCH 2018- STILL NO SHED/ DELIVERY OR REFUND????
Each time, I’m ALWAYS the one to make call and email ,normally leaving message requesting reply, which I NEVER get answered in an acceptable time scale.
Failed delivery/install dates excuses range from traffic, delay on first job (on more than one occasion -last time 3 hours away at 3pm when dark at 5pm), faulty telephone line, insurance not covering them to work when not at home....... I could go on!!
I just want this utterly bad experience to end and get my deposit refunded. This has previously been requested two times but on each occasion had been persuaded to stupidity give another chance before final request for refund ONLY please!!
When company made no attempt to contact me almost a month ago, I posted a review on TRUSTPILOT which New Era replied to asking me to remove review in order to initiate refund… 14 DAYS ON STILL NO REFUND / NO RETURNING CALLS OR EMAILS!!
Last review was only removed from TRUSTPILOT because I simply wanted my money back and forget about NEW ERA TIMBER.

I am willing to waiver production costs and will try and utilise the building in other work.
I think it's time to leave the ill will behind and would appreciate the review being removed immediately, there is an option to put it back in the future should the refund not materialise however this will not be the case.

Problems initially because the base was not deemed suitable but because of the circumstances a free revisit was eventually arranged by Jonathan after a few false starts.
Impressed by the efficiency of the installation team Mark and Kieran who
made the job look all too easy and tackled it in a friendly and chatty manner ! The quality of the build is impressive and it will last for many years to come ! In spite of being stored outside in all weathers for some time because of the revisit delays the timber was as good as day one !
So overall very pleased and consider it money well spent !

A few issues to start with but once sorted out everthing was good, the product was good and a good price, thank you.

I purchased a shed from this company,completely disregarding the reviews,HOW FOOLISH OF ME.Please do not buy from this company they take your money,dump the shed and leave.I have had to get a reliable firm to put the shed up,and am still waiting for a reply to my many phone calls.I was given 4 delivery dates,nobody turned up,no emails received and nobody returned any calls.Once i finally got the shed was given some excuse about base was wrong size,so they couldn't put it together,funny how the company that did put it up said that the size was correct.Please look at this same business on ebay,it has the same bad feedback.The shed was to be built nearly 2 weeks ago,date was arranged and once again nobody turned up,am still waiting for somebody to contact me.Disgusting service,and they do not have the decency to return calls or emails.The good feedback is either from very lucky people OR it is being left by themselves.You have only been left 1 star because that is the lowest i am able to leave.

The second shed order was a disaster. I won't go into details as I do not want to spend any more time on it. If any mitigation is forth coming I will leave it up to the reader to make their own decisions based on this updated review and other similar poor reviews.

I purchased a 20 X 10 foot shed from New Era Timber. I had no problems contacting them and installation was made on the appointed day without problems. They installed the shed in about 2 hours and also left me extra felt for the roof in case I needed it in the future. Reliable company. I have also just ordered another 10 X 6 foot shed which is due in the next 3 weeks. I was contacted several times in the space of 24 hours to confirm the order. Would definitely recommend.

At the busiest time of the year New Era timber were able to offer us a delivery and free installation of a much needed shed. After researching local shed builders we felt that the quality of timber used by New Era much exceeded the others. After a few initial hiccups with delivery due to the hectic time of year and with difficult access New Era timber went out of their way to deliver and install our shed before Christmas. They efficiently installed the shed and were a pleasure to work with.

I have just taken delivery of a 18 x 10 apex roof shed / workshop. This company went to extra lengths to make sure my building was as individual as me. From the initial design stage right the way through to the delivery and installation, nothing was to much trouble for all those involved at New Era Timber . So a big THANK YOU John / Ben / James / Mark & Dan to name but a few ( Sorry I can't remember the name of the other chap that came with Dan to install - But thanks to you too ). It actually arrived 2 weeks before the initial delivery date of 7th December. I defy anyone to find a better product & service for less money. I work in the building trade and will be recommending these people at every opportunity. Indeed I am about to place another order straight after submitting this review ~ So watch this space as I am confident that I will be writing another 5 Star review shortly after my second shed arrives.

I would not purchase from this company if I had my time again . Its a shame you can't give no stars. 2 failed deliveries with no explanation. 2 months after the order was placed they finally delivered. The driver turned up in the morning when they agreed the afternoon. They could not install the shed due to time constraints, promised to come back. Never did. After 1 further month of emails and calls we paid to a professional to install it. I wish I had seen the other reviews (including Supreme sheds )before purchasing. Says it has a 15 year guarantee I will be amazed if they will honour it or are still be in business.

I had a 20 x 10 shed delivered by this company and must say apart from a small delivery glitch ,which I received a full refund of delivery install charges for. The build quality is excelant along with top quality timber,

Kindly avoid if you require a trusted company. Ordered a 18X10 shed. They promised to return and fit due to the base deviation. Never showed up on 3 separate occasions. Absolutely awful service delivery. I have been chasing them telephonically and by email. They never return phone calls. Finally gave up and asked for the fitting instructions so I could fit. That didn't even arrive. Even had Ebay contact them and still, they didn't respond. A frustrating experience never to be repeated.

Abominable customer service and communication. Several missed deliveries without notification. Check out google reviews for this company and his previous one Supreme Sheds which seemed to shut down after many poor reviews reflecting the similar dismal service we received. The shed when it finally arrived was acceptable, but not worth the stress and hassle. Avoid like the plague
