I purchased a half classic footstool from this company. I can't believe how friendly and helpful they were. I wasn't sure of the grey colour that I wanted and they instantly sent 3 samples of their beautiful quality chenille fabrics for me to choose from.
I also requested a change to the type of legs and they promptly dealt with my request too.
This is a really well made solid stool and I'm delighted with the way it looks. I'm sure I'll get years of use out of it.

Tried to call numerous times no answer. Was helpful on Etsy but then as soon as I purchased my items I never heard back. I’ve tried to message on all social media and nothing. My item should have been delivered by now.

Wow. We wanted one of their other fabrics on footstool we wanted. Customer Service was extremely helpful. Sample material was sent out and we placed our order. They've just turned up really quickly & very well packaged. They're fantastic quality, beautifully made and fabulous pieces of furniture. We are extremely please with everything about this company. What a pleasure getting something made by a family company in the UK rather than something mass produced in China. Delighted.

Delighted with the footstool bought from this company, which appears to be very well made and robust. Website, ordering and delivery all easily
navigated, and in fact delivery was a week before their estimate. A company I would be happy to deal with again.

After ordering free fabric samples we ordered our bespoke foot stool.
Ordered Saturday afternoon, dispatched Monday and delivered on Wednesday.
Excellent service and we're delighted with the quality.

Recently I bought a black faux leather footstool from “New England Design.”
It took me by surprise as to how realistic the Faux Leather look was. It was a great buy. From ordering, to delivery was faultless. It is a smaller footstool as this item was required for my tv room
But, the measurements were spot on and it looks great.
I was given a discount being a first time buyer.
