Delivery and installation is a joke!
I was recovering from surgery, so I decided to pay for "white glove" delivery and installation. Delivery crew tried leaving without taking product out of boxes then tried leaving boxes and pallets with me. Installation crew didn't seem to know what they were doing either. Once installed, doors bound when closing and lower shelf was 3/4" out of level over 4 ft. One adjustable leg was 2" off the floor. Called and sent pictures. Same crew came back and was here less than 10 minutes. Said they couldn't do anything because they needed additional parts or maybe even new pieces. Got call from third party installation company asking me to send more pictures and video, which I did. Never heard back...even after reaching out twice over two month period. Called New Age again and was finally told everything was installed properly and nothing more could be done. They said it is easy to lower the cabinet leg that is off the floor, and that I can do it myself. WTF! Why did I pay for installation if I have to do it myself.
