I recently purchased a dress from Nevala and I’m honestly so impressed. The quality exceeded my expectations—the fabric feels premium and the stitching is really well done. It hugs in all the right places without being uncomfortable. Shipping was quicker than I anticipated, and everything from browsing to checkout was smooth. I’ve already gotten compliments wearing it and will definitely be ordering again!

I would put no stars if I could. It has taken too long for products to arrive and they are still not here and have no tracking information which leads me to believe the company is a scam. I asked to cancel but they won’t bc the items are “in route” however, we have no idea where they are bc tracking system is horrible. No phone number to speak to a person and only email which is probably a robot. I asked about them covering return costs since it’s taken so long but they won’t do that either; must get their money the shady way I guess. Never again

Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this company. When it arrived we were firstly disappointed to find that it was not the dress advertised, missing much of the detailing through the bodice from the dress advertised.

The second thing we noticed was was that the quality and finish of the dress we were sent was awful, with trailing loose threads, the fabric on the strap fraying where it had not been stitched and the elastic along the top of the top of the bodice having been sewn in such a way as to be poking through a hole in the netting. These faults in my mind meant that the dress was unwearable for my daughter’s formal prom event.

I raised these concerns immediately with the company only to be told that they did not consider these small fabric imperfections to be damage but agreed I could return the dress, at my own expense, to an address in China. I had bought this dress thinking I was dealing with with a UK company so was surprised to learn they were in fact Chinese (it appears that they ship to a point in the UK and then label the package in the UK to support this impression).

When I disputed having to pay for the return of a dress due to faults in their manufacturing and quality assurance, they pointed that these were their advertised terms and conditions but offered me the alternative of keeping the dress for a 30% refund stating these were my only options. As the dress is only fit for the bin given the faults it arrived with and as the return window is only 14 days from the date of delivery I have had to arrange to post it back at my own expense.

I suspect the return shipping times to China will exceed the 14 days they allow and they will now use this as a reason to not refund my purchase … watch this space.

I bought the Connie Gown Maxi Dress in Navy for my wife. I had to wait a really long time because it was a pre-order. But when it arrived, my wife was really happy and wanted to shop there herself she ended up buying two more dresses. I recommend this shop if you want to treat your wife it’s also very affordable ;)

I did an order for 2 hoodies on October 4, 2025, and to this day there are not even any updates, only a notification that my order has been processed.

Avoid avoid avoid! The dress that arrived looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. The style, the colour and the material were completely different from the image advertised. When I contacted customer services, despite having an address in the UK, I was informed that I had to return the item to China at my own cost in order to receive a refund.
Despite the fact the dress was completely missold.

Terrible company
Resell Shein clothing, quality is rubbish, make you pay for returns and dont align with their policy. Do not buy from them! I WILL be making a TikTok about them too
