I can honestly say this small box which consists of nine small lights has totally changed my life, and I don’t say that lightly!! It took a little bit of perseverance when I first started using it as it can seem quite bright, but now I use it on the highest setting. I just love the patterns combined with the music and how it changes your brain waves. It is the best money I have ever spent on anything!!

Similar as to other review. Worked great for a couple months with occasional use. All of a sudden won’t stay on and questionable if
Battery is charging or unit power switch is faulty but need to hold it down just to maintain connectivity. Even though lights flicker when turning on, won’t play therapy. I’ve sent an email to NeuroVIZR and will update if/when resolved.

Let me start by saying this product is amazing. I’ve had some issues with the visor, which I’ve been super frustrating. I’m not the most patient guy so this says a lot about the product. I’ve gotten great results from it as far as sleep mood and creativity.

Update: contacted the company and they are sending me a new device! I appreciate a company that stands behind their product.

This is horrible for people with epilepsy and can trigger episodes even for people without it. Please consult a doctor first

NeuroVizr helps me lock in mentally. My rallies feel smoother and I recover focus faster between points.

I like their newsletter articles on brain health and the variety of sessions in their App. Customer service was very helpful.

Super fast delivery. Only 3 days! Also very fast in responding on requests. Worth every penny. Looking forward to the outcome after couple of months with this device. Maybe my mum will get one as well for Christmas.

Great unit when working. Then the battery lost it's hold and only worked when plugged in, then after a few days when plugged in only lasted for about a minute before losing connection again. A real shame as I really liked this product when it worked and the customer service were awful and uninterested when asked for any ideas on fixing the power or battery issue.
For an honest review: when working the product is 5* ,customer service 1*(get 1 as they did answer the phone). Longevity of product -1 # make sure you get a decent guarantee on the purchase and read the small print! If there is another brand that does the same thing I would research that one...

Using the neurovizr has helped me sleep at night, and focussed during the day. "Deep Sleep" and "Crystal Clear" are my favourite sessions!

The head unit stopped functioning after about one month. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and have me check a few things. We came to the conclusion that it would need to be sent tend to be checked out further. After checking it was decided that a new unit needed to be sent to me. Anastasia was awesome in getting the unit back to me. Super happy to have the unit back

I had high hopes for NeuroVizr, but it has been an absolute disaster. The device itself worked GREAT for a short time before breaking down completely. While technical issues can happen with any product, what sets NeuroVizr apart is its shocking lack of customer support and outright refusal to assist once you’ve made the purchase.

From the moment the device failed, I reached out to their support team multiple times through every channel imaginable—email, phone, online chat—only to be completely ignored. It’s as if once they have your money, you no longer exist. There is zero accountability, no updates, and no effort to make things right.

The worst part? The company pretends to care about innovation and customer experience, but this couldn’t be further from the truth. When I finally managed to get a response after weeks of persistence, it was a canned reply with no meaningful assistance. The follow-up? Nonexistent. My broken device remains useless, and I’m out hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it.

This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable and unprofessional. NeuroVizr positions itself as a premium product, but their service is subpar at best and outright predatory at worst. Save your money and avoid the frustration—there are better alternatives out there from companies that actually value their customers.

Unless you enjoy being ignored and left with a broken, overpriced gadget, stay far away from NeuroVizr. One star is too generous.

Great Platform, Rich in and fantastic modules/sub modules, great user guide.

I've taken the 100+ modules for test run on myself over the past 4 weeks, and will continue to explore applications. I will be using it in my work with Clients.

The Drug Free Micro Dose course is brilliant.
Sleep, meditation, and anxiety modules work really well! with short term results.

This device has been an absolute game changer for my sleep, overall mood, and post training recovery. My wife has also noticed some incredible results after just a few sessions with her ability to focus with high level work tasks. We highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to improve sleep and incorporate a new wellness routine for mental health.

I use the Neurovizre myself und for my clients. I am a psychotherapist and see great benefits to use it regulary. My sleep and focus have become better, and some with some clients it helpf with their depression.

I started using the Vizr to see if it could improve my focus during training sessions as well as making it easier to get in the right mindset for physical and mental tasks. It has helped me a lot (despite already being a 2xOlympian! I think it's a great tool to train your brain, but also (which is what I do the most now) a fantastic hack to faster/deeper and better sleep. 5/5.

The Neurovizr is an amazing invention. It has bought DMT Light Therapy to the masses. More and more people need to decalcify their Pineal Gland and wake up. It helps with better sleep..makes you happy through Serotonin release and takes you on a psychedelic trip without the psychedelics

Using VISR is like having a cold glass of lemonade on a hot sunny day.

It is mood shifting, sensory elevating, relaxing, and cooled my internal hyper active thermometer of thoughts to a calmer degree.

Using VISR allowed me to dive deeper into my meditation and focus on improving my overall quality of health and life, just like a glass of ice cold lemonade oh a hot sunny day.

This device is great! I love neurovizr for the great experience it gives with light and sound combined. As someone who is always under stress and not really able to take a break, neurovizr gets me to take some time for myself and helps me to relax and calm my mind. On top of that it comes with a great design, it is portable and also very cool: every time I use it in public I have someone ask me about it!
I highly suggest to give it a try!
