We recently used Nest (dealing with James Taylor) to organise our house and contents insurance. Very professional attitude with great customer service and communication. We had a delay in completion and James kept in touch but didn't badger us. A pleasure to deal with a company who ensure you get the best product and treat you as an individual rather than a one size fits all approach. We would definitely recommend.

Super easy and supportive experience from Richie who helped guide me through the process. Buying my first place was stressful and a big learning curve and he didn't hesitate to answer all my 101 questions - highly recommend Richie and Nest.

Richie was brilliant, we had an initial call to discuss needs etc then booked in to discuss the following Tuesday however I had a call to say exchange was happening on the Monday, I asked if there was any chance he had time on the Monday and he called straight away no hesitation and got me all set up with the home insurance. If I could give 10* I would. Thank you again Richie.
