This is the second time I am buying through and thoroughly appreciate everything they do. Belle was superb with viewings and honest with information. The staff have been proactive both times, with my buyers as well as the house I am buying. Would thoroughly recommend for buying and selling!!

I have recently sold my house in Narborough with Nest of Blaby. Sara, Debbie and the team gave exceptional service from start to finish completing the sale in just 8 weeks from offer.
Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and Sara made sure we achieved a good price in today’s market.

We engaged Nest Estate Agents of Blaby this year 2025 to sell our house in Whetstone. Having been with Purple Bricks before that for 2 months with only 1 viewing in that time. From the moment we went into the shop we felt confident of a sale. Great pictures and advert brought us 3 viewings in the first week & an offer which we accepted! Unfortunately that offer fell through, but to our amazement Nest found us another couple 3 days later viewed once and we accepted an offer successfully. A Super friendly & motivated shop which produce results.

Kirsty and her team are The best at what they do. whilst I was in another city they sold my flat remotely with no hassle, arranged the home report, advised on minor repairs, arranged and carried out the viewings. I decided to go with Nest Estate Agents in Norden, Rochdale, to sell my property and I wasn’t disappointed. Danielle, Joanne & Diane did a great job. They always got back to me if I rang and left a message if they weren’t available at the time.
I also liked that their contract had no long ‘tie ins’, and they have a set fee, rather than a %, so you know what you’re going to pay from the start.
I was updated frequently as the sale progressed.

They were extremely professional and competent, very helpful and informative which was especially important as we had never gone through the process before, and very kind and supportive through the ups and downs of the process. It's always difficult to choose the right estate agent. I have been watching the housing market and noticed that Nest seemed to move their house quicker than most. I was only after a valuation so that I know what my would budget be. However Debbie from your Blaby office came to my quirky house very professionally. On entering the house she promptly removed her high heels shoes so as not to marke the floors. She was not prompted and it's the little things like that, that shows attention to detail and makes for a smooth transaction. We have recently purchased a home marketed by Nest Estate Agents. The sale was far from easy and was complicated by a number of factors that required delicate handling. My own estate agents were worse than useless. However, big shout out to Kerry and Sara who went over and above to get this over the line, calling us regularly, even on their days off! They were both amazing and provided a personal touch to the process that was much needed. If you are looking for an estate agent, I would highly recommend them to you.
