Nero's kings Lynn is the best coffee shop very relaxing place to be all staff are absolutely brilliant I wouldn't go anywhere else

Called into your branch in the centre of Lincoln city .you keep hiking the cost of your coffee up ,fair enough I can coupe with that …what I can not coupe with is toilets stinking of urine ,urine all around the floor of the toilet ,no toilet paper ,tap not working properly only dribbling out when turned on full ,no soap in the dispenser and the hand dryer is faulty …thee only advice my father gave me was judge a pub by its toilets .ie if they was clean the kitchen will be clean .i also had to ask a member of staff to clean our table as it was filthy .mentioned this to a mature lady who told me she’ll sort it .it never happened it’s a health issue.who ever cleans the toilets wants retraining or there p45 .disgraceful.im 70 disabled and will not be going there again

My usual Neros closed on Fort kinnaird so I came to one in Newington, Edinburgh.
The barista got frustrated with my order of an Americano in a flat white cup and turned his back and said JESUS CHRIST.

Nero's restaurant staff customer service in particular Skipton, North Yorkshire -5 Star service.

Nero UK management Customer Services 1 Star - very poor. I have contacted Nero's management on numerous occasions regarding non-staff issues over the past two years without receiving a single response - very, very disappointing and very unprofessional. Does Nero's management actually care about their customers? From my experience trying to contact them via customer feedback, definitely a NO!

There are lots of well known and independent coffee houses out there Nero's - take care of your loyal customers otherwise they will take their business elsewhere.

I always go to Nero in Harrow the staff are super friendly, kind, and welcoming! They already know my usual coffee, which makes every visit feel special. Love coming here, such a nice vibe!

I have been using the Fulham Neros for many Years,however my last Experience was any thing but Memorable,i finished my Coffee,about 1Hr later i had the Worst Stomach upset i have had for sometime i had Nothing to Eat after i hand finished my Coffee,this leads me to think,the Problem could be the Coffee,or a Hygiene problem,and as they are generally very good with this in this Branch i doubt this,needless to say i will not beusing this particular Neros in future.
