Finally, I have found a place for me:) Bakery for nerds))) Very nice idea. I was attracted by the name of your site and quite pleased with the quality of pastry I have ordered there. The taste was amazing. I would dare say it tasted better than homemade cookies my sister baked.

Order was placed on Monday, with an estimated delivery on Friday. Specifically ordered it for drinks on Halloween night(Saturday). Didn’t receive it on Friday or Saturday. Got an email on Monday that item would be shipped that day. I contacted them and the rep was apologetic and nice enough to give a $25 gift card. The product (Pumpkin spice syrup) was good, we like the quality ingredients. 1 star for shipping, four stars for customer service and product, overall three stars.

Delicious foods and natural syrups ingredients, very safely packaged and processed quickly. Great job, nice people, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After a little mix up, they refunded my money and to my surprise they still send my order. There was never a lack of communication and he was very kind and understanding. I then received the most amazing tasting Madagascar vanilla to use in my coffee and I've been in coffee heaven since. Thank you so much Nerd Bakery. You all are wonderful.

Their coffee and syrups are divine! I love that their syrups are not just for sweets but they also have spices! The pumpkin spice syrup is my favorite and I am trying peppermint next because the lady that I spoke to when I called didn't just answer my questions but also recommended it when I asked for other products to try. I like the fact that they use natural ingredients as well! They also have cookies and other baked goods which are delicious and came in beautiful packaging!

I was very pleased with my experience. I called with a question and gentleman I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them to friends and definitely use them again in the future. My purchase was competitively price and packaged securely.

The shipping service is horrendous. I placed my order on October 10th and just received my package today (November 5th). I was assured that they added an extra bag of pumpkin spice chocolate almonds and a gift card because of the shipping problem. Instead I got 1 opened bag of almonds, my coffee, and no gift card. Too bad their shipping and customer service isn’t great because their products are.

Not only do I LOVE these syrups for their REAL ingredients, but their customer service is ABOVE and BEYOND! I reached out with some questions about shipping and heard back IMMEDIATELY, with humility and transparency. Both are hard to come by these days, and I will definitely be a customer for life for many reasons. Thank you, Nerd Bakery!!!

Yeah, so I never received my order. After contacting Nerd Bakery I was told I'd get replacement. That was almost 2 weeks ago? You decide. Unfortunately, I was really looking forward to trying Lavender syrup.

Fast shipping, very securely packaged and the syrups are wonderful.

Just ordered the Pumpkin Spice, Hibiscus & Ginger and Madagascar Vanilla syrups. The pumpkin spice did not meet expectations in that the dominant flavor was ginger--not cinnamon/allspice/clove. The Hibiscus was also a little less disappointing for the same reason--more ginger, but hibiscus not strong enough. Should be fine as a mixer, but expected better. Haven't tried the Vanilla yet, but am hoping since is only a single flavor, should be ok.

Just started trying your product, I think it's great!!! Love the Lavender. Will try more soon!
