It was a pleasure working with neonific. Ari was great with getting the details I wanted for 2 custom signs they were perfect when I received them. Very prompt when waiting for email replies. Signs were delivered on time and one even came earlier than expected. They do awesome work signs are beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend neonific and there team for all your sign needs . I will most definitely be contacting them for any of my neon sign needs

We got two neons signs for our upcoming Christmas party and they are great. The design is exactly as we want it, they even come with the necessary to hang it.

I got the shipment relatively quick for…
I got the shipment relatively quick for something that was custom design, when it came in it was beautiful and better than I could have imagined and sturdy too. It could probably survive a dropping if it fell off a wall, overall happy with the purchase.

Do NOT buy
The signs come from China as it says so on the packaging. It doesn't look like neon and would not ever tell someone to buy from this company. My approx. $500 sign looks like I made it in grade 8 art class.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment.
Indeed, our manufacturing is done overseas, as are many of the consumer goods we use today. This is not a secret and when asked the question by our customers, we will always tell them that our manufacturing is done via our partners in China.
This helps keep costs affordable so that we can pass on the savings to our customers. We do have manufacturing partners in Canada as well for those who insist on local production, and we are happy to provide it to anybody who wants to pay the increased production costs for it.
As for your sign looking like your grade 8 art class, please send us a photo of it and if there are any indications of a lack of quality craftsmanship, we would be happy to replace it for you.
