**update 4 month on and the battery is worse than when I first got it, if it lasts a day just watching you tube and reading and website I will be lucky, sound is so poor and so is the overall experience I've now dropped to 1 star, if I could give minus stars then I would, and guess what no security or software updates since 5th july 2024 on android 13 and the company is still selling this rubbish** I purchased a neocore e2s 10.1 because the spec and reviews sounded like it would be worth the purchase, I soon realised from the start this was not a very good tablet that does not live up to the reviews or specs. Let me start with the battery, this definitely doesn’t not last as long as specified in fact this is on par with my 6 year old Samsung glaxay tablet with to be honest is not good, I do not get a full day if I’m browsing and watching videos which are the basics of a tablet, the screen well you get light bleed at the outer edge of the screen which is very poor, the screen again is worse than my 6 year old tablet and the 10.1 really is not good and the fact the bezel is so old style it’s looks cheap and nasty, when you hold the tablet the screen clicks and moves like it’s not stuck down correctly and feels cheap, the sound well this is so poor I have to use headphones as the speakers are so tinny it hurts my ears, the keyboard and speed is not good and slow when you touch the screen and I’ve updated to the latest firmware which is something else I will come too, you tube app works ok but every time a advert comes on and it goes from full screen to the small screen so you have to keep on clicking full screen. This tablet is not what it’s says on the tin and will definitely not buy from neocore again. I contacted them to tell them of my experience and nothing, they ran a Facebook campaign before Christmas and I fell for the jargon and I have definitely learned not to buy from business that advertise on Facebook but also do more investigating. So my review is DO NOT BUY THIS TABLET.

Good product.. value for money

I didn't read the availability of the pad on ordering so thought the delivery was a bit slow - after exchange of emails with Neocore all was delivered OK.
It's a great little pad but moving from iPad to Neocore is getting a little bit of a major change in culture!
The main thing I miss is the "home/fingerprint button".
Yet to fully commit but so far for the price very happy.

Bought the tablet on pre-order 1st Dec for delivery mid month. Notified clearly of despatch which was Royal Mail. Tablet arrived 16 Dec securely boxed and in bubble envelope - good
adequate packaging, but not excessive. When I needed to communicate with the company their response was quick and helpful. The tablet itself was bought to replace an old model. This is fast and responsive and does all I ask of it

Received tablet all good just waiting for case to arrive

Bought as a Christmas present. The recipient is extremely pleased. The thought and care that went into the packaging and delivery was excellent. Also I was kept informed every step of the way from order to dispatch by the company and the courier.

Solid bit of kit, lost a star rating with the battery life statement 8-9hrs before recharge. Fast operation, quick to open much better than the Lenovo m10.

It’s a very simple experience easy to navigate the site and understand the slight problem is delivery time which I think is down to Royal Mail who have got to be the worst parcel delivery service at the moment it took 8 days from placing my order to me receiving it unheard of nowadays Amazon can do next day or at the latest 2 days apart from the I am pleased with my item

Delivery of the item was not good. First delivery never turned up (I think Neocore forgot to send the item!).
Second attempt worked okay!

Very happy with my tablet so far.....delivered on time

Excellent tablet at a great price. I bought the E2S on the Black Friday deal, so it was purchased on backorder. It was despatched when it was supposed to be and arrived a few days later. Well built, fast and with a terrific screen, this tablet looks and feels real quality. Only had this a few days, but so far, so good!!

This is the second tablet that I have bought from Neocore. The first one just filled up with apps after 4 years but never let me down. The new one was a great price, much quicker and with a much sharper screen image. A great replacement.

Possibly good specs.i want fantastic specs.

Easy to navigate the website, straightforward purchase process, good communication from the Neocore Team, keeping me informed of the expected delivery. Overall a very positive experience, can't comment on the tablet until after Christmas.

Be good if lasted more than 18 months as volume button stick

The tablet is ok, but slow to start , and screen sensitivity not very sensitive,ok for a second tablet
