Easy to setup & will test further as I am currently out of the country.

This is my second purchase, and am still happy with this product.
When I experienced a problem, it was handled within a matter of two hours. Problem resolved.
I would recommend your business to anybody.

Sent me a wireless mouse not compatible with a tablet. No blue tooth settings

It's a decent device though it didn't take the introduction of a microSD card which meant a factory reset. Fortunately the setting up is as fast as promised. It's quick enough, without being lightning fast, but hey it's a bargain. I'm disappointed that it could have been a full £30 cheaper if I'd waited a week or so for one of your adverts to pop up.

The order was received really quickly, and very well. Packaged. Transferring date a from my old tablet to the Neocore was very easy and simple, although you do need to use a data transfer cable (c type connector at both ends). Because of the memory everything could be transferred leaving plenty of space for the future. All my apps are very responsive now, with no buffering or hesitation. Would I recommend Neocore, very definitely!

I thought that I had ordered a PSU which was fine and worked but I had expected an N1/1 charging cable and got an N2/2 charging cable.

On two past occasions I have ordered N1 charging cables and got N2 charging cables.

If you have discontinued N1 charging cables perhaps your website needs to reflect this.

The first tablet I ordered was incomplete; the cover was missing. However, the product was exceptional, so much so that I ordered a second. All issues were resolved promptly and without hassle. The Neo is now my "grab and go " item, always at hand. I'm getting used to not carrying paper. Great product and whole heartily recommend. Fit for purpose and easy to get up and running.

You sent me just a wireless mouse without blue tooth function. Cannot use it on this tablet. You will not answer any of my complaints about it.

Quick delivery, the tablet works as expected with very little lag.

I was pleased to receive the tablet (Once we discovered the postman had delivered to the wrong post code). Si far, I am getting grips to it, but the battery life is great, and the speed, with sufficient memory is much appreciated

Hardly used and it is dead. Does not even start up. Not even 2 weeks old. Transpires it was "updating" & requires 10 second press for the start button. That worked. Seems to work fine. They were responsive & dealt with the issue quickly.

so far so good. Still getting used to the device. Don't like the included case/cover - angle is too high and not secure for keyboard. Appears to be good value for the price, keyboard is a bit flimsy but what can you expect a) for the price and b) to make sure it is easily portable. But does the job.

It's a great tablet for the price. Would give it 5 stars, But the delivery and customer service let's it down. I ordered it and was told dispatch was 3-5 days. After 7 days I contacted and was told again. Will be in 5 days. After this I was told it was on pre order. I waited 20 days in total till it was dispatched and then a further 2 days to receive. If they were straight up at gje beginning I would of had no issue.
The actual tablet & keyboard are both great. The mouse just won't connect & is very cheap make.

Considering it is a u/k company the delivery was very slow.

A well made tablet at a budget price, this is the fourth Neocore tablet that we've bought. If your prime use is browsing and media consumption, you won't go far wrong with this excellent tablet.

I already do this once so you lose a bit of goodwill I gave 4 stars and mentioned superb service you will lose a bit if I keep getting requests
