Why the hell would you ask me how my experience was when you're actively avoiding correcting your mistake? You're so God damn stupid, your company is garbage.

Rude CS, Doesn't Deliver
I saw the advertisement for Neo Buildr on Social Media and I thought they looked amazing, so I placed my order on 12/18. On 12/20/22, I received an email notification that my item had shipped. After a couple of days, my item switched to the "Package Acceptance Pending" phase, something that isn't uncommon with when a company does a bulk drop off of items at the post office. It has been under "package acceptance pending" since 12/20/22, so I sent an email to customer service on 12/28/22 and received no reply. Today I reached out to live chat and was informed that the information I received about my package being received was incorrect.
The customer service agent, who I will refer to as "C", informed me that my item had not shipped and that it was out of stock. I expressed my frustration at being falsely told that my order was on the way when that is in fact not the case.
It is one thing to have the item in the pending phase, but to inform a customer that their item is in transit when that is not the case is just plain deceitful.
In the ten days since the item was marked as "shipped", I was never contacted by the company to tell me that the product I ordered was out of stock or that it had not in fact shipped.
In my conversation with customer service, when I accepted the resolution of a refund and stated that I wad displeased with the approach the company took, the customer service agent became rude and used responses including "lol okay" and "haha".
I honestly think I dodged a bullet in not having any ties to this company as a customer. I felt it necessary to share my experience regarding deceitful shipping practices, lack of communication, and poor/rude customer service.

I purchased these for my 9 yo son for Christmas as his 'Santa gift' after seeing ads on social. He loves fidget / building-style toys and magnets. While the concept is super cool and fun to build - the packaging was damaged upon arrival and upon first use, about 1/4 of the bars have snapped in half. This was normal, table use just to build - not crashing into them or dropping them. I sent an email today to notify the company - will modify review positively or negatively based upon outcomes. But - I should have come here first for reviews - I would have possibly not purchased.
I do not recommend currently for the sheer fact despite the price of over $45 for the pack - they are breaking one by one.
Great product bad shipping
Great product, however they still haven't figured out how to ship these without major damage. First time I ordered the package was split open with the goods missing. The next year I got the shipment however with their extreme weight and lack of packaging all the plastic holders were broken to sh!t. Plus some of the magnet rods were even broken in half. How do you gift something when the package is broken to all hell?
Great product
Good company, fair price, fast shipping. These things are a blast. Almost everyone that stops by our house picked these up & plays with them. Got a set last Christmas, just ordered another set so we have more.

La qualité des aimants est lamentables, ils se brisent. Le contenu du colis est arrivé endommagé, boîtes et bâtonnets brisés. Des brisures d'aimants, des fragments de plastique de boîte.
Même les bâtons ne sont pas tous pareil, car les extrémités sont abîmées.
C'est honteux de faire dépenser plus de 100€, de ne pas parler des frais de douanes, et au final, votre produit est dégradé, et se dégrade très très rapidement.
Conseil : économisez longtemps et acheter quelque chose de plus qualitatif.

Opened package, missing pieces
I just received my order and see that both of my packages were opened (maybe customs...no idea). These were both for gifts for a birthday present. Not only that, but the multicolor set is missing a number of bar pieces.

I ordered 2 sets of BuildrBalls 1010 for my 15 year old nephew's birthday present. He received only 1 set :(( so disappointed. I emailed Customer Service on 9th Oct with no response as yet, today is 13th Oct 2022. Also went online 12th Oct 2022 for "LIVE" chat ... hahaha waited for 12 hours and no response even though the "Chat" says 2 customer service are online. This maybe a good product but this company has no customer service nor can you contact customer service/support if anything goes wrong. Buy at your own risk!
Maybe a bad batch?
Huge fan of the product! But I think I got a bad batch. More than 70 broken magnets out of the 432 from my jumbo set. About every 1 in 6 is broken. Bummer.

I received the pkg via the US Postal…
I received the pkg via the US Postal Service, in a white plastic bag. The cellophane was broken open, and hard plastic containers inside were shattered. Over 1/4 of the little bars were broken in the pkg.
I emailed the company and they asked that I take pictures and send to them, which I did. I haven't heard a thing from them since. It has been 4 weeks.
Not an inexpensive product, but certainly a cheap one. With terrible customer service!
