Great looking and fitting water resistant shirt/jacket. It has become so handy for those threatening/maybe showery in-between-days of autumn. Lengthening the T-shirt wearing season in and outdoors.

Perhaps the greatest customer service I have ever had. The clothes are pretty special too.

Ordered item of clothing with photos clearly showing the two front pockets were fully usable as even the models had there hands in them in the photos.
Item arrived and the two pockets fully sewn up and unable to use.
I contacted them by phone but you can only leave a message which I did and asked for a call back to discuss. I emailed on two separate occasions and eventually I got phone call to explain that an error occurred in a batch and factory had sewn up the pockets in error.
I was advised what to do to remedy the situation and eventually I managed to free up the pockets.
My only gripe here is that if a factory error had been identified they should have offered a replacement item as damage can occur whilst carrying out this procedure which was recommended as a two person job to carry this out successfully.

This was my first order with Neem and I have to say the service was over and above what I could have reasonably expected. Due to a website glitch one of the overshirts I ordered was not available and was not going to be restocked. Rather than let me down, Neem reached out to say that they would contact their supplier to see if my item could be manufactured. This was quickly confirmed with excellent communication throughout. There is a personal touch in Neem’s service that leaves you with the impression that they really care about their product and customers. So when my items arrived I wasn’t surprised that they were of excellent quality and fit. Particular thanks go to Cris at Neem for the exceptional service I received. I will definitely be a long-term customer!

If only all shopping experiences were like this. Friendly, attentive and with an eye for style… this place is well worth a visit. Impossible to leave without a shirt or two. Fantastic cuts out of beautiful and sustainable fabrics. Thank you Cris !!! 🙏🏼

First a very intriguing 'window' unassuming and interesting! The team inside was courteous, friendly good sense of humour and especially for me very important not pushy! Besides well prepared and able to present the products, the story behind it. Will visi again indeed!
