I love the multi surface cleaners. I bought the starter pack with Mango & Fig and Lime & Matcha fragrances. Both smell gorgeous and the fragrance lingers for a good while. They’re anti bacterial which is great. A brilliant product and half the price of a similar brand. Will definitely buy again.

I can't say I'm keen on the products. I don't think they last very long and are just not as effective as other products that I buy. I was keen to make the switch to more sustainable options, however I think I could find better alternatives at a lower price.
I would have liked to return everything but I hadn't realised you had to pay for returns so I haven't bothered. I'll use up what I have purchased, however I don't think I will buy again in the future.

Absolutely love this hand soap smells gorgeous and is really kind to hands my husband used to have reactions to different hand soaps but since using this he doesn’t have a problem

Brilliant product & very good value too. Love you can spray pots and dishes and not waste loads of product on a full bowl of water xx

I tried the mango and fig handwash and was disappointed. The handwash smells lovely and foamed well for the first few days but, despite following the guidelines carefully, the following week the handwash was dispensed as a watery liquid and would not foam up when being used.

I absolutely love my NEAT products, great looking bottle and I love that they are not plastic or glass.

Love the hand washes. Have several fragrances. The issue I have is the foaming bottles which despite following cleaning guidelines still get ‘stuck’ this is why only 4 stars. Very frustrating.

Thw product is very good, but the subscription model is terrible. I have tried cancelling my subscription multiple times, only to have my bank account debited and MORE products I don’t need! It’s very frustrating and feels like a scam.

The hand wash is lovely smells nice and last a long time

I so wanted this product to be better. Love the bottle style and all of he plastic free packaging. I don’t find the bubbles to be rich and creamy enough and I have already got through 2 refills!! That is one a week when there are only 2 adults in the house! The perfumes are also not grabbing me. The rose smells like some potion we whipped up from rose petals when we were kids. Not tried the washing spray yet.
