We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. From start to finish Daniel was fantastic at guiding us through our options and helping us make our final choice. The quality of the units and appliances are excellent and we are really proud of the finished result. The fitters showed great attention to detail and took a the time to complete the work with great care. Thanks to everyone at Neat Kitchens. We would highly recommend them.

We’re really happy with our new kitchen doors! From start to finish, the whole process was really straightforward. Jon was our main contact and was friendly, helpful and always happy to answer any questions we had.
A special mention also has to go to Adam, the fitter, who was brilliant. He was professional, tidy, friendly and did a fantastic job fitting everything. The attention to detail was great, and the finished kitchen looks amazing.

From start to finish was Great, John measuring Dan Designing and lily Fine Tuning at the Show Room , They all listened to what we wanted and was executed to perfection Colours, handles ,walk in larder and all the Neff appliances it is our Dream kitchen the Quality of it is Brilliant and Delivery to fitting was smooth Thanks John and Team .

We are so delighted with our new kitchen. Daniel had designed our previous kitchen and due to an extension we wanted to reuse part of our masterclass kitchen and add some new units. We were so happy to be able to have Daniel advising us again and he remembered our original kitchen that he helped design about 10 years ago. The Neat fitters also did a great job and you can't tell the difference between the old and new section of the kitchen

We are over the moon with our new kitchen from Neat! From the moment we first stepped foot into the beautifully presented showroom and saw the quality of the units we knew we’d found what we were looking for. Lily did an amazing job designing our perfect kitchen which was no easy task given the quirky shapes and very limited space in our 1970’s concrete built flat which meant every mm counted! She was very patient even though we changed our mind on the layout, doors, worktop and colours several times (we ended up with version 8 in the end!) but she was always ready to discuss our ideas and provide her expert advice and guidance until we finally got everything on our wish list ticked off. ☺️
The fabulous kitchen fitters, Matt & Rich, also deserve a mention as they did a brilliant job with adjusting units to fit seamlessly into our irregularly shaped kitchen and also provided us with precious extra floor space wherever they could. Chris who did the worktop templating came up with excellent solutions for the fitting of the worktop and upstands around the awkward window area and concrete pillars which look seamless!
We would not hesitate in recommending Neat, Lily and the wider team to anyone looking for a beautifully designed and built kitchen, you won’t be disappointed!

We are extremely pleased that we chose Neat for our new kitchen. Lily made the whole process soo easy for us (which included a fair bit of hand holding as we really didn’t have much of an idea of what we wanted or the options available). We’d also like to, once again, extend our thanks to the installation team (particularly Roger, Nigel and Nick) who massively surpassed our expectations!! In short.. excellent quality and a fab / professional service from all involved. Being a little tardy with this review means that we’ve been living with the results for 6 months now and I’m glad to say we are still as happy as the day it was completed!

Daniel showed great patience as we worked through numerous designs and changes. The installers and electricians took great care in their work. This has resulted in a beautiful quality kitchen. The after service is excellent with no minor issues (such as door adjustments) sorted without quibble

We planned knocking a dining room and kitchen into 1 enormous kitchen and had a good idea of what we wanted in terms of style and vibe. We had checked out all the other companies but were still dithering because there are so many variables and we were quite particular with what we felt could be achieved. The beautiful, Neat showroom kitchens spoke for themselves but as soon as we spoke to Lily, I knew we were done. Her attention to detail and professionalism filled us with confidence. Thank you Lily. The results are fantastic and we now have our dream kitchen.

Neat are true professionals who advise and support you from the first conversation in the showroom. Their knowledge is second to none. I love my kitchen and the team were amazing to me and my husband at the time of fitting the kitchen, as my mum took ill and died during that month, they were sympathetic and kind and made sure to accommodate any changes to our plans due to this major impact on our family. I highly recommend them for their professional skills and knowledge and the support they provide you with throughout.

In May earlier I was walking past the showroom when something caught my eyes . The display caught my eyes !
I was approached by Dan with a smile and a friendly face . We chatted and he guided me through the options . I was able to bring home a sample and everyone agreed I had chosen right !
A design was made and I was quite particular in wanting a specific hob.
Dan reassured me all will look great .
The team came and they were professional , respectful and cleaned everywhere .
The work was completed throughly and I was aware of each step . Plumber , electrician worked hand in hand .
After the installation Dan came to inspect it . He was satisfied and I was very satisfied .
I’m proud of my kitchen and look forward to using it every day . Huge thank you Neat , Dan and team installing my kitchen . Would I recommend Neat ?? A huge YES I would !

Really pleased with our new kitchen. Excellent advice and guidance from designer Daniel who was very helpful throughout the whole planning process.

Installation manager James was assigned to the project and deserves a special mention. A true professional, organised the whole team, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish keeping us fully updated. Nothing was to much trouble for James, he was reassuring, friendly and made the process stress free.

Kitchen looks amazing, thank you to everyone.

We were extremely happy with our experience from start to finish with Neat Kitchens. The shop staff were always pleasant and friendly. Daniel coordinated the delivery and fitting of our worktop very efficiently, there were no complications whatsoever. All 3 fitters worked efficiently and carried out their duties accordingly. It was a very pleasant experience as previously documented. We would highly recommend them.

We had a Neat kitchen last year and genuinely can’t rate them high enough. Dealing with Neat Kitchens was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We had a specific need with regards to a new cooker hood as replacing with a like for like was not an option. We were presented with options and recommendations which made the choosing really easy. Efficient and professional bespoke fitting and looks fantastic.
