My Aquarium was delivered within a short period of time as a special favour ,as i was let down by another supplier. I was kept informed throughout the manufacturing process of progress right up to delivery to my door.
The quality of the Aquarium was of a high standard ,with clean silicone lines and good quality glass including the optiwhite glass front. The workmanship was impeccable. Including the standard of delivery .
I must thank Andrew for all this.

These guys really love what they do and that comes across in the work they produce. I spent a couple of hours with Dom discussing the features for the tank I wanted to get, a 1,500 x 600 x 600. Apart from the knowledge he imparted and the invaluable advice, his enthusiasm was clear from the start.
As well as recommending glass specifications and other tank features, Dom was able to help create the cabinet set up on a bespoke basis and recommend/supply lighting and filtration.
This has been a great buying experience for someone with my intermediate knowledge and I'd say these guys are equipped for most set ups at all levels.
Friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable so no problem giving these guys 5 starts.

Andrew and the team at ND Aquatics done a fantastic job on my stunning aquarium, it arrived Saturday as arranged. It was bought for me for my 60th Birthday present and I couldn’t be happier, excellent work by a very reliable company.

Couldn't have asked for a better company too supply our fish tank for us, was very clear and precise about what we wanted and they delivered for sure.

Also there delivery driver Marc went above and beyond with me being disabled and couldn't help much he made the whole process run smoothly, really couldn't fault mark at all very happy with his delivery.

I would 100% recommend too anyone wanting a fish tank supplied/delivered.

I have ordered a 130cm (4.5ft) tank from ND Aquatics, of which I've taken delivery about a week ago. The tank is now in service with no issues whatsoever.
The process of designing and ordering the tank for my needs has been without issues, Andrew has been extremely helpful throughout, doing a long detour to come to our home ahead of me placing an order to confirm the best placement and show samples of the veneers. He's advised on the best sump tank for my purposes.
The tank and cabinet are built to a high standard, and are clearly designed with great attention to detail as I discovered as I installed my filter media and plumbing, as everything just fell into place..

Excellent Service throughout the whole process. Andrew kept us informed about teh tank and also hen arrived it was delivered carefully and looks great. Cant wait to us eit.

Very happy with my new 6foot fish tank. Brilliant quality of all including the stand and the tank. Delivery driver brilliant guy, knew what he was doing straight away and made the time less stressful getting it into my home. I would happily buy from the guys again and would highly recommend nd to my friends and family.

Absolutely fantastic, from start to finish ND Aquatics have been amazing, I can not rate them highly enough, from placing the order to delivery. We upgraded to a 6ft tank and it is absolutely stunning.

I had my first tank, cabinet and hood from ND Aquatics in 2014 and the service and quality was excellent so when we decided to have a new kitchen and needed a a new tank I gave them a call. Andrew was brilliant and understood the need the for getting the tank to me at a specific time to combine with the kitchen fitter. Andrew pulled out all the stops called me the week of the delivery and confirmed the date, the driver called me the night before the delivery and text me when is was 1 hour away. He was bang on time and helped me get the tank in place. The quality of the tank is far beyond anything you can buy that is mass produced and the service is excellent. This company have been excellent. I cant recommend them enough. From the initial meeting explaining what I wanted, to specifying a bespoke weir and specific drilling instructions they were happy to help. The whole process was friendly and professional and I now have my perfect aquarium, just how I wanted it.

I was dreading taking delivery of my 8 foot tank. 6 people to help lift, steps into the house, tight turns, heavy aquarium, etc all had me worried for weeks. but on the day, Dom had it all figured out, it took less that 10 mins to get it from the lorry to its final position without any issues, these guys know their stuff.

Even after delivery, they are on hand to assist with questions, no matter how trivial, a great customer service

Do not trust this business to make what they say they will and expect them to put it right.

Shocking service after spending north of £550 with them. Oh in case they say I did not buy from them please see the mail trail below.

By the way I did not contact them as they said, as can be seen earlier, they would contact me to arrange🤦‍♂️.
Since this they have refused to fix or pay £60 for a chippy.

Door fell off after no more than a few uses and not helped that it came attached causing stress in transport.
The hinges were held on by the small cabinet screw that are usually for fixing the hinges to the door, not the side of a cabinet.

6. The lamp support was not finished at both ends so we had to fit it with the long part over the table and as it has no support for the angle 90 degrees has started to droop.

Can someone come to drill and fit as they should be or do we have to reject with your credit card company based on the distance selling regulations?
Yes I know I should deal directly with the retailer but I feel sorry for them given it’s all be caused by ND aquatics

Great communication, as always the product is really good. Andrew understood all my specific asks, and the team were excellent delivering and helping get the tank in. I will be ordering my 3rd ND tank in 2026.

Fantastic fish tank and everyone from the company was so helpful from order, to alterations to delivery.

After being let down by another supplier from eBay, ND stepped in and supplied a tank exactly to the specs I'd requested. Andrew and the team have been great to deal with, the tank looks very good quality and i'd not hesitate to use them again.

We’re were really impressed with both the friendly and professional service received by NDAquatics. The fish tank was delivered and expertly lifted in. We have been really impressed with the standard the tank and lid has been finished. We would recommend this company to anyone requiring a fish tank

After meeting Andrew and discussing my requirement 96"x30"x30" with a 60" sump and stand my mind was put completely at rest. One of my concerns was that everything had to go through a window but my concerns were unfounded, just be guided by the delivery driver Andrew had said and of course everything went smoothly. Andrew and his team have done an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.
