Recently bought an Ottoman bed from the Warrington store. The store was spacious with lots of beds, headboards and materials to choose from. Tom was very patient with my Mum and explained the options available to her. She was able to lie down and try the mattresses for comfort. Good shopping experience.

Great service, incredibly helpful support from everyone in store.
Steven especially went the extra mile to look after us and ensure we found the right sofa for us – even going as far to contact another store and have them video the fabric swatches of another sofa they didn’t yet have in stock.
Can’t fault his customer service or pleasant demeanour.

Morgan at the Warrington store was really helpful and attentive. Allowed you to look around the store without being pestered. Would recommend visiting. Bonus they had a nice selection of sofas and we found the one we liked.

I would give 0 stars if I could, wish I’d read these reviews before buying from here, staff in store were great, then it goes downhill, ordered a 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs 10/1/26 was told delivery would be 13-14 weeks, got contacted by Furdeco who they use with delivery date of 14th May, my husband had a day off work, on the morning I get a text saying delivery cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, contacted Furdeco - 67th in queue to get through- 1 hour on hold they couldn’t give me a reason for not delivering, rescheduled for 19th May, I took a day of work and again the same text on the morning of delivery, tried calling Furdeco again 97th in queue this time, told technical issue and couldn’t tell me when my delivery will be, went into the Warrington store cause you can’t call as they don’t have a phone told them I wanted my deposit back as I am within my rights as the delivery has been cancelled twice, the salesman couldn’t apologise enough and said he would escalate with customer services, they did call me and said I would have an update in 24-48hrs, Friday I had to call them as I have heard nothing, no update, I complained and was told they would refund my delivery charge after delivery although I still don’t know when that will be, she told me I should hear by the end of next week, they just don’t want to know. My furniture according to Furdeco tacking has been in the warehouse since 6th May, we’ve had to buy chairs to sit on, I am out of pocket and still no idea when my furniture will be delivered.
I would advise don’t do the 5 star review before you leave the store as it then goes downhill.
Avoid at all costs, they have you over a barrel cause if you go elsewhere your back to waiting 8 weeks delivery.
I would advise no one to buy from here, considering it’s supposed to be a family run business, customers are their last priority.

Tom introduced himself to us within a minute of us walking into the store and said let him know if we need any help, which is just the way we like to shop. We found the perfect corner suite for us at a great price and although it needed to be ordered, the wait is a lot shorter than most other stores

Shocking. Ordered a sofa and was told after ordering that we had to wait 17 weeks....2 weeks ago we were told that our items had arrived and to pay the balance.After various calls we still have no sofa and now being told that only part of it has arrived. NCF blaming the couriers!!!!! No honesty or integrity. Absolutely dreadful customer service and poor delivery timelines. Really not happy with this company at all. If I could cancel and get back the money I would and go to a reputable sofa company. You cannot get through to any one at Warrington and have to ring Birmingham where they are not interested and fob you off. Buyers be very careful. This is the first time purchasing from this company and I don't believe all these outstanding reviews. Happy to take the money but where is our sofa?

Steven was great, helped us with finding new couches. He even went above and beyond to digitally input the couches on the computer so we could visualise how the couches would look in our livingroom. He was very patient with us as we did a lot of uuming and ahhing when discussing the best sizes of couches to go for. Offered a hot drink when we entered the shop which I thought was a very nice initial approach to potential customers. Not pushy with sale techniques, knew how to speak to customers. Very happy with the service and cannot wait for our new couches to arrive. Would definitely recommend NCF to the people we know.
