Went to buy a new sofa for our kitchen on Saturday at NCF Hull, with the help of Steve we made the purchase. Steve was excellent a real professional and very knowledgeable.

I bought a sofa (Grey Caesar U Shape)

I bought a sofa (Grey Caesar U Shape) about 7 months ago and have had nothing but problems. The back of the centre section is broken so the sofa has to be propped up against a wall. Also the bottom joining mechanism of the centre section does not latch to the end sections, so the parts always separate.

I've tried getting NCF living to repair it under their 1 year manufacturing warranty, they don't want to help. They told me to try the warranty company (I paid for the extended warranty), and they then told me that NCF should cover it, but they WONT.

I don't recommend you but from this company, their post sales service is absolutely terrible.

Great salesman Steve

We came in to store to look at options for a new bed. We didn’t really know what we were looking for, so just wandered around trying a few beds. Salesman Steve came over and explained a few things, was not pushy and told us to try every mattress as everybody’s needs are different. We tried every bed in the shop and ended up buying a bed and mattress with the help of Steve’s advice. Fantastic salesman!

Excellent Choice Even Better Pricing!

We visited ncf Hull with my mum to look for a sofa for her newly decorated living room.
Dan politely greeted us and explained the layout of the store. My mum quickly found the Osaka sofa range which she loved and to make it even better it was an excellent price! We went to the other stores but she had her heart set on that one. My sister also loved it and both ended up ordering the same style but in different colours and sizes.

Overall an excellent experience would visit again and recommend to others!

Good experience

We visited the Hull store looking for a 2 seater sofa. We were welcomed when we entered the store but left to explore and look around until we asked for help. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and a great help. There was no pressure to make a decision but Paul said if he could be of further help to let him know. My wife and I visited a pub close by for lunch, made a decision and then went back to the store to place an order. Paul again took us through the ordering process and informed us that as the sofa was in stock delivery would be in 7 to 10 days. Unfortunately, a mistake was made and the wrong size was ordered. Within 24 hours a call to customer services put the issue right and we could still expect our order within 10 days. Our sofa was delivered today only 6 days after visiting the store. Thank you to all those involved. We would highly recommend NCF Living. Go and give them a try.

Thank you so much to Paul at Hull for all your help and honesty we were unsure on what dining set to order and after much deliberation and back and fourth we decided on a stunning set from NCF and Paul made our experience in store amazing as he was so helpful with all his knowledge and patience, we cannot wait for our order to be delivered 😀
